An averaged american or british will prefer the remote part of ghana to any city in Nigeria. not just because of peaceful atmosphere, but simply because they can enjoy basic amenities like electricity, water supply, and unreliable internet supply

it is not just the capital of Nigeria but all of West Africa (ecowas). All West African head of states most meet in Abuja for that reason at least once in 2yrs. Ghana has members @ the ecowas parliament in Abuja
