There is Accra metropolitan assembly to handle that but it has become a culture that is very difficult to unlearn. even in Europe , street trading still exist.

Yeah, night life is very expensive. you can easily finish 1000 dollars within the night hour and yet it will be as if you have not spend anything . This is when clubs and hookers make lots of cash.

Not true, ecowas bank headquarter is located at lome. and if the eco currency become successful. the central bank will likely be located in Ghana because it has its background there.

where the money will be printed doesn't matter as long as it is not outside the universe. what matter is how much is each region contributing to the success.

Nigeria bas oger 35 seat. much more than any african state. so logically it is expected tonslend more but not to 70 percent you mention. when it comes contribution. ghana come close to Nigeria.
