Following the accusations of the former director of NDDC, Mr. Godswill Akpabio has finally responded in an interview on Arise TV Sunday afternoon. He's currently trending on twitter for throwing unnecessary jabs at the former director and not addressing the actual problem.

Recall;
A former acting managing director of the interim management committee of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Joy Nunieh, has accused the Minister of Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio, of fraud.

Ms Nunieh said during her brief tenure at the commission, Mr Akpabio repeatedly pressured her to take “an oath of secrecy” that was meant to keep her from exposing fraud at the commission.

“For instance, he told me to raise a memo to fraudulently award emergency contracts for flood victims in the Niger Delta,” she said.

Mr Akpabio’s ministry supervises the NDDC.

Mrs Nunieh did not provide any evidence to support her claims against the minister.

Something as terrible as pension scam is what you have trivialised into ethnographic bias. Let me educate you a bit. In Adamawa state for example, people are employed in the LGAs who have never really known where the LGA secretariate is located. Who gets the shares? The chairman and then the councilor of each word. Is the govt aware? Absolute yes!
Now let's move back to Police pension fund saga which Maina embezzled over 2Billion naira from. Where is Maina from? Who sacked him? Who brought him back and reinstated him and gave him double promotion? Bunch of jambites like Omenka needs to be weeded off Nairaland for inciteful and hateful comments that's capable of dividing people through ethno-religious line.
