Hmmm... sick world. First of all, Public display of affection is immoral for unmarried people (for those that care anyway), secondly, it doesn't stop a cheat from banging the nearest hoe that shouts out. Let's set relationship expectations at zero so we can bring disappointments down to zero, this is the new universal emotional survival principle.. This second part however is for those that watched that shameless Benin girl hoeing on the gram. Well, before you decide to be an actor, please read the article in this link https://vhfilm..com/2019/03/before-you-decide-to-be-actorread-this.html?m=1 infact, read the whole damn blog, the guy is a genius. Don't make the mistake of winning the battle and loosing the war. It's a double tragedy. |

While Johnny Depp is embroiled in a bitter $50 million defamation case against ex-wife Amber Heard, the A-list actor is currently feeling ‘vindicated’ after receiving strong fan support, following reported new evidence of his innocence being revealed. Johnny Depp 55, is thrilled, according to a HollywoodLife.com source, after receiving a plethora of fan support in recent days. It has been reported that the Pirates Of The Caribbean star is suing his ex-wife, Amber Heard for $50 million for defamation, after she alleged that he physically abused her during their marriage, according to documents obtained by The Blast on March 8. We have not seen the documents ourselves, but The Blastshared portions of them on their site, including a section where he alleges she punched him in the face, prior to their separation in May 2016. Currently, the case has yet to be settled and Amber is still standing by her own allegations. However, along with the lawsuit documents, photos surfaced of Johnny with a bruised face, which allegedly was submitted with the documents, as wells as photos of a severed finger. Back in 2016, Amber claimed that Johnny cut his own finger off in a ‘fit of rage,’ but according to the portions of the court documents shared by The Blast, a month after the couple married in Feb. 2015, Amber “shattered the bones in the tip of Mr. Depp’s right middle finger, almost completely cutting it off.” Even though the case is still being investigated, this didn’t stop fans from taking to Twitter to comment, with messages that ranged from straight out apologies to Johnny, to shock and awe over the new supposed evidence. “The fact that Johnny’s bruises are only some of many other photographs he has for the court is so heartbreaking, but also so important,” posted one Twitter user. Another added: “I’ve never been more proud of you Johnny Depp! You handled everything in a way few would have. You didn’t owe anyone anything and yet again you put yourself out there to make sure the truth comes out! You are so strong and inspire us to be so as well.” Source: https://vhfilm..com/2019/03/try-to-keep-those-receipts-people-learn.html

Ok.. I honestly think we are about to witness another "Osun" happen in atleast 3 politically important northern states of Sokoto, Kano and Bauchi. Adamawa will be won by the PDP and so is Benue. APC appears really desperate and jittery at the moment because the 2023 race has already begun. And PDP is already on the advantage if they let things slide. Meanwhile, never make the mistake of wasting the next 4yrs on political commentary. If you are an Actor or a writer, please for ur sake follow this link and submit your entry for a grant, who knows you might get lucky. It's a $1,000 grant from LOOSE media and some sponsors. You are welcome. https://vhfilm..com/2019/03/are-you-writer-dont-miss-this.html?m=1 |

It's going to be the first time about the 90% of the most reasonable people in the most populous black nation on earth will be sober about an election outcome. Last 4yrs, it was just about 50% of the most reasonable people. If we want the world to take us seriously, then we need to stop letting almanjiris and other scumbags decide our leaders for us. As such, I fully support this GoFundMe and I am going to donate $20. This is for my future, and that of my reasonable goonz them. |
Joba, a faith-based movie, announces Biodun Stephen’s return to the cinema after her blockbuster, ‘Picture Perfect’ starring Bolanle Ninalowo, Bisola Aiyeola and Mary Remmy Njoku. ‘Joba’ features Blossom Chukwujekwu, Enado Odigie, Chris Ihuewa, Ronke Ojo, Christine Osifuye. With a movie like ‘Picture Perfect’ in her archive as the producer, Stephen says ‘Joba’ is a divine story that remains one of her best in a long time. "I’m very excited and happy about the movie because it’s a very special movie for me. I will say the project is divine. I listened to a song featuring Tope Alabi and I must have listened to the song over 52 times while driving and when I got home, I knew I had to write something about it. I wrote it and without editing or reading, I finished and went to bed. When I woke up the next morning to read the story, I was amazed, so much that I didn’t believe I could have written it." What determines your cost is what you can get for free, and you could make a free film if you did without anything you had to pay for. How? Friends! Colleagues!! Friends!!! Since you can't afford professional services, it's only normal to say you will have to bring your A game in negotiation and leadership if you actually want to successfully convince your colleagues and friends on this adventure. The nature of your script is also very key. Write more Exteriors than interiors, if possible no interiors at all. - Camera - you need a camera. An iPhone actually looks quite great. If you don't have one, borrow one. - Lighting - do you have bulbs around the house? Work lights? Wax paper to diffuse lights/tin foil to reshape them? That too is okay. - Cameraperson - will they work for free? Of course many will like to work for free! - Actors - get friends to act in it. I have written about the importance of the friends you meet in auditions and sets before yeah? This is where you put them to use. - Food for the crew. This is one of the biggest expenses in low budget filmmaking. Are people buying their own food or are you just not counting this as part of the budget? - Editing - can you use a free editing program on a computer you already have? - Marketing and Distribution - You don't start anything without first sorting this one out. I would never try to make a feature for Zero Naira, though. Consider the level of competition you're up against, and whether you will make your best possible film or just tear your hair out for something that you're not proud of. Instead of a feature for Zero, why not a short for N25k to N50K? If you make a really good short, your way forward will be that much easier. subsequently, i will be dropping some dope short film ideas you can make with very little budget. Let's not deceive ourselves, infinitesimally few directors in Nollywood actually cares if you have successfully internalized your given roles. Some will hand you the script right their on the spot and expect you to pull a Leonardo Di Caprio or Marilyn Monroe right on the spot. Don't let these half-baked directors kill your budding careers even before it began. Don't take that your "Extra" role for granted, ask questions and see how your intending actions rhyme with the whole story. They say hey it's just a party extra, but you don't care to know what kind of party it is so you jump in without knowing how to feel or act or even dance. That will make you look so stupid, and unless they need a stupid person next time. you are never getting another call from them anymore and many others. They say, learn from the best to be the best. So, follow me as I share the incredible tips used by the likes of Johnny Depp, Halle Berry, Denzel Washington, Clint Eastwood, Daniel Day Lewis, Taraji Henson, and co. 1. MEDITATION: If you are surprised this came first then you need to review your life process as an actor. Come on guys, this is the most important first step to taking your career from an amateur to a professional level. Meditation is simply a habitual process of training your mind to focus and re-direct your thoughts. This has absolutely nothing to do with religion unless you decide to bring religion into it. Succinctly put, meditation is a method professional actors use to empty their minds of personal thoughts to make them available for new thoughts as will be dictated by the new character they will be playing. The end result is to make the actor relax, avoid internal conflicts between old and new characters and remain very flexible to changes. Am not here to teach you how to meditate but you can read more about meditation for acting Here. 2. STUDY YOUR CHARACTER: Now that you are ready to wear your new character, there is a great need to study your character deeply, everything you can find about your character will help. From his background to way of speaking, walking, dressing. Did he/she grow up in a rich home, under a single mom or dad. Is he/she well educated, sparsely educated or not educated at all. Does he/she socialize or an introvert? Ask questions and carry out your own characters psycho-analysis and truly connect with your character. When this is done, you can tell how your character will react when it hits a leg against a stone ( cry about it or just groan or curse under breadth and move on). Put in all the work on this. 3. RELATE YOUR CHARACTER WITH OTHERS IN THE SCENE (IF ANY): As Michael Shurtleff famously noted "Every scene you will ever act as an actor begins in the middle, and it is totally up to you the Actor to provide what comes before". To be able to do this, you have to read and understand your characters point of view by studying the responses of other characters in the same scene. Use every relevant props around your set for inspiration as to what actions that need to be on display. Source: https://vhfilm..com/2019/02/6-easy-steps-to-enter-into-your.html
