Habiolar: FG & his confused state of mind, most he cos confusion everytime, wht is he doing since 2010 wen he as awarded d country nw coming up after d state Govt intervend. What is wrong with dis our 1st woman president cnt she take Magaret thatcher as a model, lolzz.Hmmm, You are so daft in the sense that you don't know the difference btw your LEFT and RIGHT. REVERSE back and retrace your steps, you've missed your way by coming to the wrong thread. |
CFCfan: This is so sad!Do something Ke, e no possible, kosese, for Black man to fix up and not STEAL and Show off.....IMPOSSIBLELIZATION. We are doomed and selfish, loves to oppress. What a way of life. |
CFCfan: And IBB had the audacity to hypocritically set up the NDLEA. Also, the US authorities during the 1980s had the shameless effrontery to label Nigeria as essentially a world renowned drug route. Smh.This is the problem Nigerians BLAME GAME, we are very good at it, we never take responsibility. ....My parent didn't do this and that for me, what have you done for yourself. Let's Take stock to see what we've done for ourselves instead of pointing an accusing fingers...more so what has drugs got to do with MAGGIE? Nonsense. |
Like I said, it's all GOOD & BAD, some people will appreciate her for bringing RIGHT TO BUY your council flat which helps a lot of people in becoming a landlord not with one or two but more likewise some people are suffering from the policy. But her Bad deeds seems to out Way her good deeds. |
ShymmexLion: Gwan??With all due respect, I wonder if majority of the people on this forum understand you.....lol |
RIP MAGGY but she's not "Popular" if you know what I mean to lots of people from the Nagative comment among my colleagues as well as the entire UK because she has Ruined a lot of lives..... Legacy !!!, I wonder what legacy NIGERIAN leaders are leaving behind because good or bad will down the history. |
GOD WILL PUNISH ALL THE DEVIL IN NIGERIA. Why do Nigerians like celebrating mediocrity, what has another criminal birthday that stole Nigerian Money to buy the Best Golf course in Scotland got to do with the price of Fish and the challenges Nigerians are going through. This Op's mind must be very shallow. Oh dear me, what a mindset. .....Loooool Get a life plssssssss. |
mike404: I expect lagos wannabe like tifnubu and fashola to keep quiet when a REAL lagos boy like Ambassador Musiliu Obanikoro s talking...he really opened their yarnshThe real Lagos boy indeed, politics with bitterness as usual. Listen, this guy failed woefully considering all the influence and the support he had the by past government, Tinubu is not a good man because he's the Directors of Agbero but cuddos to him for the few progress he made but later deviate to GREEDY BASTARD. Fashola to me has done very well but Lagos was neglected knowing fully well it's the heart of Nigeria as well as the face of the country, Rome was not build in a day but gradual process and consistency in their manifesto has helped in the building of Rome and that's what it's hsppening. Absolute nothing was done before AC but milking the income generated by Lagos and I can't see KORO making any difference. I don't like Tinubu style but Fashola all the way. |
Let's be frank with ourselves, Nigeria conduct elections but the CROOKS picks whoever they want and our vote never count. But if I will have to VOTE I'll vote for Buhari as he was the president during IDIAGBON who meant well for NIGERIA and who loves the country with their heart not not clueless GEJ that Pardon one of the Nigerian most wanted Criminals. There's a sense of purpose in Nigeria during Buhari's/IDIAGBON, total Law and oder in the country before Obasanjo gave go ahead to the coupe that tuple their government in which MKO was the sponsor of it. Sentiment, tribalism and Worst of it all (GREED AND CORRUPTION has damaged Nigeria. Nigerians have to be careful with whoever they are voting for or else this CROOKS as well as STARNGERS will continue to Rule Nigeria. |
You are a very wicked man to paint Nigeria so rosy in your advice to the Op. There is nothing wrong with one coming back to his father land to establish him or her self, despite the challenges Nigeria faces. I, for instance, wants to come back and help myself as well as the economy. Nigeria is one of the best place to turn ones money many times over if one is careful and know what he or she is doing. But to paint Nigeria in the manner that you have just done without emphasizing its herculean challenges, is to say the least, very unfortunate. Now Op, Nigeria has so many challenges that are peculiar to Nigeria. Forget about people telling you that the security situation in Naija is comparable to that of the western countries. It's a big freaking lie. Anybody saying that probably has not stepped outside of naija. Quite agreed, western countries have their own security challenges, but those challenges are in no way shape or form comparable to that of Naija. They are light years ahead of naija in every ramifications. I will use myself as an example. I live in New York city. There has never been a day I went to bed fearing that armed robbers would invade my house and attack me while I'm sleeping. I can wake up at 1am in the night and decide to drive to DC for example, and won't be afraid of encountering armed robbers on the way. If I'm in any situation that I consider to be a threat to my life, all I will do is to dial 911 and police will be there within minutes. Mind you, this is not to say that crimes don't happen in the big apple, it does. But every crime is investigated and culprits punished, if caught, and they do catch so many of them. Now, what of Naija? This is a different case entirely. It is nightmarish. Right from the airport, you have to be extremely careful, lest you be kidnapped. No matter where you live, you have to sleep with one eye open because of armed robbers, and they are merciless. What about those being paid to protect us? Some of them are the robbers and themselves or work hand in hand with the robbers. Pray not to find yourself in a life or death situation, because if you do, and call them, they will come 3 hrs after the event, and if they come, they may end up shooting you. The roads are too bad and the airlines fly mainly aircrafts that the original owners couldn't get re-certified overseas and ended up selling them to Nigerians. I can go on and on to list the terrible challenges, they are so innumerable. Don't let anybody deceive you, it's not a bed of roses out there. It's not, it's simply nightmarish. The above notwithstanding, you should not be deterred from coming home, after all, Nigeria is your fatherland, and you can make good money there, even better than overseas. Plan very well. Visit very often while planning. Be careful of the friend you keep. Always blend in with the crowd, don't try to stand out. There are so many returnees that are doing very well and your case won't be different. You are not coming back to a bed of roses, rather, you are coming back to a place that has a lot of potentials that are yet untapped.
Please take note of this name "ROSSIKK"....He's a GOVERNMENT CHICKEN BOY that paint every BAD things as good as well as paint all the diaspora as nonentity. He's always against every truth people have to say about the country, clearly he doesn't understand freedom of expression, very abusive and intrusive, even when you are not talking to him or quote him, that tells you that he's one of those that's making money at the expense of the country. |
festusb: Consult the real men of God for counselling and prayer concerning your coming home(Nigeria)Another money making advise....Men of God indeed......No more person ooo. Please chill out wherever you are for now until there's a sense of direction with this present government. Average Nigerians back home have no idea what's happening within the country as we have more news than them. A lot of people will like to go back home but situation on ground is totally discouraging with GEJ given Pardon to his formal criminal boss....Wonders shall never end in Nigeria. |
I am glad this scumbag with Phuss.y breath admits he/she is part of the problem decaying a blessed country. The spirit of the dead will continue to hunt your likes that are pathological liars.
Amen. My Guy, Reuben Abati was a big critics of Nigerian Government but he suddenly change is tune once his listed on the Pay roll. Clearly Rossike is another Government chicken boy that does NOT have Nigeria at heart but loves the money. Whenever you hear the compound Local Goat [ROSSIKE] makes comment, please ignore him because him and his entourage are from a different planet. This is what Greed and corruption have caused the entire country and we have become laughing stock to the rest of the world. Sad!!!. |
cyril83: All na still ritual. Luxury buses need to be banned in this country, Igbo people too bad.You are talking Toss, absolute crap is coming out of yoir mind, mind you, I'm a Yoruba guy. Please don't bring tribalism into this matter. Let's face the fact, our roads are BAD and majority of NIGERIANS knows little about DRIVING as well as ROADS SIGNS. |
Where are the government GOATS especially the FOOL called ROSSIKE on monthly pay roll that comes on NL to flogg Nigerian roads? I hope they've heard about the loss of life along Benin-Ore road, 110 lifes has been reported dead from such horrendous accident caused their DEATH TRAP. In the country of the BLIND, a man with one eye is always the king. |

Legacy of our leaders, constantly stealing and we think its smartness. ....What a life. |
idlaw2k3: Should he offer an apology to the Akwa Ibom Governor as demanded?Apology? He need to quit but africans, especially Nigerian politicians are coward and never quit no matter what they are been accused of. Upon that, presidential Pardon will follow because it's all CABAL THINGY....GOC...government of crooks. |
collins2good: i believe you are talking about another nigeria, because the one am staying right now, i do wake up everyday with bad news everyehereThank you for the simple truth. |

Rossikk: Where did this lying criminal sneak out of? There are parks in Lagos especially on the island, but frustrated criminals, rapi.sts, and drug dealers like you are barred fom such places. Can't be bothered with the rest of the exaggerated horse manure you posted.Lol....you don't have to be abusive and aggressive, slow down. I was born in ONIKE area of yaba if you know where I'm talking about, just by UNILAG as well also attended St Finbar's college where Henry Nwosu, Stephen Keshi and Nduka Ugbade passed through. Now, (1) can you tell me the state of that park at IKOYI , even in ABUJA, I heard that there's a park but you have to pay?(2) where in Mainland there's any park, Lagos Island , and other part of Lagos state? This really ubsurd when people like you comes on this forum to flogg what is not available, why why why!!!!!!. Again dishonesty is our major problem and that's exactly what you've displayed with your RUEBEN ABATI style. So tell me what is left for Ordinary people to enjoy or for recreation, what am I talking about. As far as I'm concerned, theres NONE but display of stolen wealth, lie to people and Oppress. Shame. For your info, one of my friend resigned from Stanbic Bank as an offshore Banker and relocate back to SA because there's no stress and no drugs business and there's more to life than Money money money. |
claremont: Like what?!This is eactly what I always say to people you and your immediate family are the most important thing. If you really love them, you'll always want the best for them. Do you know how many Nigerian leaders that keeps their family's abroad. Some people on NL have never taste another life and that's why they know any difference. I'm also in your shoe but I will never stay permanently in abroad neither Nigeria. |
exxell: Story Of My Life..... from this write up, all I was able to deduce is one thing: YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE UP YOUR MIND NEVER TO COME BACK TO NIGERIA.YOU JUST WANT CHEAP PUBLICITY STUNT. I know that Nigeria is not perfect but slow and steady; we are getting there. It is better to be a king among my "poor" brothers than a slave among "rich" foreigners. When you die, I hope you will be buried in SAOMG....why are we full of jealousy and envy, this poor guy is only asking for people's opnion and doesn't deserve to be slargeg off. This is exactly the reaction of Nigerian Police that's suffering from chronic hunger, telling me this not Ameria, what an ass. My broday from another mother, the truth is that NIGERIA is a lovely country but presently insane because of our Useless Leaders. Please keep juggling both side as you are privileged to do so for my obvious reasons. (1) No Medical facilities in Nigeria as you can see, our leaders are always flying abroad for treatment but MANDELA never stepped out of SA....fact, (2) your children can go to park for recreation which there's none in Lagos other than their SHOPRITE or whatever it's called (3) No Electricity, (4) Nigerian roads are DEATH TRAP and to summarise it all 10% of Nigerians are to be trusted and the rest are Crooks, haven't said that, you might be selling drugs cos because majoriy of us are on the fast lane. Every nation have their own issues but Nigeria seems to be getting worse and it's very sad. Money is nothing but health is Key to everything which SA will offer. Appendicitis killed my friends Mum in 2008 when I visited Nigeria, took time to visit her at GBAGADA GENERAL HOPITAL where she was been treated and I can only stay for 5 min because the Ward looks like Makoko but I honestly don't know what it's like now. |
bjdon: My dear, I am from Edo like you shall I address as you as my sister. Please take my words for what they are, the words of advice from a brother. Consider either going back to Nigeria to manage this business yourself, or cut your losses and stop now. I hate to tell you this but I've seen it so many time before and it just dose not work. Nobody can run your business like you. Even your blood relative may not have the motivation or drive to go the extra mile required to run a business and make good profits. When you consider that Nigeria can be a very tough place to do business you have to go the extra mile. I would advice you to focus on static business like real estate which requires minimal intervention. You are dam right, my personal experience was bad, took a bank loan, send the moneys to my Jobless Brother to buy a van so as to become self employed and remit some money for me, Over 900K but after one yr of STRESS, I went back home to see what I invested in but bust into tears, I decided to sell it 280k as AGREED with the buyer but my family told me the buyer brought 250K. Can somebody help in counting or calculate my loss ![]() I collected my change and moved on, but I'm in Uk paying back the money as I don't do yahoo or any dodgy deals, that's my experience. My advise to anyone abroad is "HELP IF YOU CAN BUT PLEASE DO NOT RUN ANY BUSINESS IN NIGERIA WHILE LIVING ABROAD", it's crime to help in that country as far as I'm concerned. 98% of our people are ready to kill you while you are breaking your back, always wants to EAT where they've never invest....BAD MENTALITY. No More Person Oooo, people are as bad as their leaders. |
DARKY is the most wicked creature among humanity. This clueless lots Ruined all the good educational system we had, which produce lots of intellectual such Chinue Achibe, Wole Soyinka and many more but now decided to send their families to study abroad, typical Darky style. I remember as a little boy growing around UNILAG, the memories of having foreign student in the campus as well as SPORT CENTER was the best I could think of not all this wishy washer. I can bet all my life that the minister for education children never had their first degree in any of the institutions the minister is in charge of. Crumble Empire right before our leaders eyes. Shambles leaders without no morals. Nothing is related to Education but INSTITUTION OF FRAUD. |
ozodigboo: The Igbo ancestors who were taken as slaves went to USA - God's own country.Very very childish, remember, no one is competing with you, you are on your own...OYO....lol |
talktimi: Ayangba are you a learner ? The fact that you're sad doesn't mean I should join your band wagon jor. I appreciate any improvement I see and I ask for MORE not like you sorry lot who whine and cry like the little babies you actually are, infact I'm beginning to believe you're actually paid to whine like bitc#es on nairaland sef.Like i said it's a shame that you and your cohort comes here and spread the Gospel of Devil, I clearly know what human being deserve and not this substandard infrastructures you lots are flogging. Anybody that have the opportunity to travel abroad will have the real idea of what AIRPORT is like not our shamble international airports. If you are well expose and have seen what International and local airports is like but comes on NL to make noise, it's clear enough that you and your OGA AT THE TOP are so cheap and also LACK CLASS as well as TYRANT who prefer to deceive their citizens. In the country of Blind, a man with one eye is usually the king. I am sure your OGA AT THE TOP knows what quality is but could not bring back their exposure to transform their Beloved country to the standard they see around the world but continue to STEAL AND SUCK NIGERIA DIE. |
talktimi: see kettle calling the pot black. Ayangba na your nameWhat a shame agent of destruction, you guys should take a look at yourselves, you are all FAKE, talking absolute rubbish, coming to NL to potray what's BAD as good, all for money. Your conscience will be telling you lots that all youvare saying is nothing but falsehood. I'm majority of the people on this forum are well aware that you guys are not real, seeling your brothers and sisters for money and later blame the west. Shame shame on you all, no pride and no dignity for other citizens. |
bjohn22: get in touch if you need trendy furniture imported from North America, for your new home.please add pictures for us to see, Gracia. |
bjohn22: Items range from Chandeliers, Lightings, Tap heads, sinks, ovens and cookers, bathroom furniture including bath tubs; pre-fab shower vacuum cleaners, dining sets, center tables etc.Could you please post some pictures of your product in support of it, because I'm interested in all this items or better still a website. |
wesley80: Nigerians are by no means foolish but you my friend put the "d" in dumb! You've exceeded any known guage of stupidity and I'm honestly shocked at how a grown adult can make a self ridiculing post without realizing it. Your entire rant seems to read just one word; J-A-C-K-A-S-S!WHY ARE YOU AND YOUR CABAL SO AGGRESSIVE, YOU LOTS SEEMS OPINIONATED, THIS IS A PLATFORM TO EXPRESS YOUR PINION AND NOT INSULTING PEOPLE IN YOUR RESPONSE. Typical way of Nigerian leaders, always one way traffic and no side roads or exit, clearly you lots are agent to the CROOKS in government taken Nigerians for granted, We'll expose you all in no time with the power of Technology. I can't understand what you guys meant by "improvement" when there's no SOAP in the toilet at MM, this is very dangerous to both working in the country and foreigners, I think this where the so called IMPROVEMENT should start for passengers conveniences. |
Is it not glaring how the OP ignored your comment? This unsincere9gerian thinks we are all mugus here that he can whitewash with silly questions and tales by moonlight.Funny how these kinds of ridiculous threads always make the frontpage. Simple question that requires simple answer....Give us your personal Opinion and stop Babbling around.....simple YES or NO. |
This is an easy answer for any new born baby from any part of the world, we are sick, I mean really sick and Our Leaders requires a PSYCHIATRIC doctor to diagnose the main course our DEEP corruption especially from our OGA AT THE TOP. This has gone from Epidemic to Pandemic It's either we change our way of life or else revolution will kick in. |
