So many people almost give up the ghost when asked to speak to a few people and here is a man sitting right in front of various camera's knowing fully well that he is being viewed by over 170million people across the globe.

Instead of us mocking his grammatical flaws and lack of technological knowledge, let us ask ourselves if this man that came to represent his agency was able to do justice to clear the air of the corrupt allegations made against his organization or not.

The two times I paid for a driver's license (2008 first issue and Jan this year because I didn't know it had expired since June the previous year) I never got within 100m of a license office. A colleague collected my photos, some bio-data and 5k cash on both occasions. License came back abt 3 days later.

ugochukwumaduka: It might interest u 2know dat some people actually attended driving schools n were well tutored on how to drive n use d roads, dnt generalise lyk dat.u ever heard of defensive driving course, JMS or hearts n mind..dos re some trainings that drivers attend and ve 2qualify irrespective of class b4 driving a vehicle in sm places in dis same nigeria. Ders is to test u and den issue u a license if u pass... D 60 days is d duration u wait to collect d original plastic license,dis is after dey print a temporary license on paper for u.
