I am not surprise at all, our leaders have demonstrated what FELA called G.O.C (GOVERNMENT OF CROOKS.

Our leaders have no heads, Bill gate is doing everything to eradicate POLIO while Nigerian leaders are busy Encouraging Criminals, what a disaster, which way NIGERIA.

Seriously, you guys need to grow up and stop attacking one another, this man personally comment about Yoruba but why do Immature people comes on NL when there better things to spend your time on rather than lashing out unnecessary.....Crazy, mere childish and absolute madness.

So much to learn from on NL than all this tribalism.

chiover: The only aid we need from them is visa and nothing but visa
Joker, this is a country you don't want to mess about with but to be a good ally, try to find out more about Nig & US, it's a serious relationship and they are the largest buyer of Nigerian OIL as well as involving in refining Nigerian Oil.

Also, Majority of all this useless OGA AT THE TOP travel out to US and EU for medical treatment, but poor you have no idea other than VISA, more research for you boy.

I really don't understand why you are always praising failures, every comment you makes on this NL is always on the side of Crooks leading Nigeria, abi you are RUBEN ABATI or government spokes man.

I guess you are joking and if it's real then Nigeria is FINISHEDbecause it's sounds like a DICTATORSHIPinstead of Democratic world that allows freedom of speech......At the same time i won't be surprise as we have INCOMPETENT OGA'S as SENATORS.

Nigeria is the only country where idiot wakes up to find his or herself in top position.
PoliticsRe: 2015 Senate Campaign Poster For Alamieyeseigha by Venchy: 2:07am On Mar 17, 2013

PoliticsRe: Alamisiegha's Pardon: US Expresses Regret by Venchy: 2:01am On Mar 17, 2013

acidtalk: Most graduates who are having a filled day mocking the man cannot speak or write better if given the opportunity,

So many people almost give up the ghost when asked to speak to a few people and here is a man sitting right in front of various camera's knowing fully well that he is being viewed by over 170million people across the globe.

Instead of us mocking his grammatical flaws and lack of technological knowledge, let us ask ourselves if this man that came to represent his agency was able to do justice to clear the air of the corrupt allegations made against his organization or not.

There's obviously a very long way for Nigerian youths to go before getting off the grip of the present day politicians.
My brother get REAL and don't be too sentimental, we have been let down far too long by so called AGO AT THE TOP.

this is why we are where we are, wrong people are running NIGERIA that's why we are on the brink.
PoliticsRe: 'My Oga At The Top': Wife Protests At Channels TV' by Venchy: 1:39am On Mar 17, 2013
Absolute shambles, a reflection of our leaders, incompetent people in TOP POSITIONS leading COMPETENT people, this is reason why the nation is on the brink.

Many more AGBERO's called OGA AT THE TOP will surely be expose before they ruin our nation, Crook leaders.

Continental disgrace.
Car TalkRe: Getting A Driver's Licence In Nigeria by Venchy:
Tinyemeka: VIO ke? Is it a type of lab test? undecided

The two times I paid for a driver's license (2008 first issue and Jan this year because I didn't know it had expired since June the previous year) I never got within 100m of a license office. A colleague collected my photos, some bio-data and 5k cash on both occasions. License came back abt 3 days later.

Does this make the license fake? undecided
You didn''t know it had expired. ...lol. ...sorry about that, is there no reminder from the government or OGA AT THE TOP WON'T SEND IT OUT?

Wrong leaders, they turn simple things to complications and make the life of citizens to living hell.

INCOMPETENT OGA AT THE TOP ARE RUNNING
THINGS that's why ORDINARY drivers licence have become a serious problem.

ugochukwumaduka: It might interest u 2know dat some people actually attended driving schools n were well tutored on how to drive n use d roads, dnt generalise lyk dat.u ever heard of defensive driving course, JMS or hearts n mind..dos re some trainings that drivers attend and ve 2qualify irrespective of class b4 driving a vehicle in sm places in dis same nigeria. I totally agree with u dt der are mad men clutching steering wheels wit der feet glued 2der acceleration pedals even ryt about now, buh dts 2b expected in a society as large as ours.
D govt cn improve upon d current situation now n dey re already doin so cos driving schools are now registered n licensed + dey re enforcing abeit slowly going 2a driving school b4 applying for ur 1st license. So dnt always see d downside or gory side of everytin. Der will always b gud n bad in d society...d chinese call it yin-yang...dts d circle of life, live wit it, improve it n move on 2d next challenge cos der will surely b 1.
Yin yang. ...that's funny.... I hope there will be changes, not just from the Government but the GENERAL PUBLIC at large because the Madness have gone too far as we have no Credible leaders but THIEVES.

Peace and salutation, ONE LOVE

Fingers crossed
Car TalkRe: Getting A Driver's Licence In Nigeria by Venchy: 3:14pm On Mar 14, 2013
ugochukwumaduka: You are getting it all wrong, 1st you should have learnt how to drive b4 applying for a license...der job is not to teach you how to drive or what u should know about road usage. Ders is to test u and den issue u a license if u pass... D 60 days is d duration u wait to collect d original plastic license, dis is after dey print a temporary license on paper for u.
D supposed confusion is with d processing and collection and dts becos of d large number of people applying, people trying to take advantage of d process by deliberately creating bottlenecks in d process and ofcos d usual govt slow poke, merry go round approach to issues.
Not at all mate, I'm spot on, Majority of Nigerians doesn't know how to drive but move vehicle and that's
the truth because we pretends we know and we have NO IDEA....tell me your driven school and show me your test result.

Why all the rush about licence when there's no GOVERNMENT regulating driven lesson.

We always like to jump the Gun, that's the first step government need to do before you all starts stressing about licence.....

Don't you think the licence issuer need to link up with test instrutorshuhhuh?

Look at it again.
Car TalkRe: Getting A Driver's Licence In Nigeria by Venchy: 2:19pm On Mar 14, 2013
60 DAYS INDEED, without no formal driven lessons, THEORY AND PRACTICAL TEST.

I'm not suprise everyone is confused and been messed around, no wondered cars looks like scrap because theres no formal lesson and road awarness..... NIGERIANS I HAIL THEE.
Car TalkRe: Getting A Driver's Licence In Nigeria by Venchy: 12:47pm On Mar 14, 2013
Can I ask why Federal or state Government lack common sense, why should Licence take 60 bloody days?

If you are making your living from driving, doew that means you are stuck for 60 days or what?

Again can someone explain what licence office means by CAPTURE because there's so many grammar in NIGERIA and why is there no booklet or facilities to produce ORDINARY PHOTO CARD become 2nd world war.

Last month, I misplaced my UK licence while I was in lagos, I did call DVLA from from Nigeria arrange for a replacement which cost £20, within a wk while I was still in Nigeria, my wife rang to tell me my drivers licence have arrived.

The problem in Nigeria is that the past governor is the chaimain of AGBERO and when you go to VIO office, you'll find out that they are all incompetent people and they are not there to serve anybody but to record the amount that goes in their personal pocket.

The government is shit and we are the government, so NIGERIANS have to change their ways of life to bring changes....not just the VIO, LASMA and other road agencies.

Why is everyone so happy and jubilant, just like a child that was bought XMAS clothes forgetting that it's the Moral Obligation of the parents to look after their child or children so as the Government have responsibility over Nigerian Citizens both home and Abroad without no FORCE.

There should be no praises for anyone in charge of country, it's their responsibility to provide their citizens the important facilities in other to move the Nation forward.

But I can bet you that this is another 419 to get people's vote foe the next election. ...NIGERIANS are so gullible, always happy when someone offered them anything without knowing it's their right.

I juat left Nigeria couple of wks ago and here's what happen.

I was traveling along with my friend towards Badagry roundabout when a commercial transport driver threw a piece of paper outside his window, from friends car "I ask the driver, why did you have to do that, is that your refuse dump? Driver replied by asking me if it's my living room?

What about, in the day time.

ENOUGH OF THIS FOOLISHNESS!!!
Should so called GIANT OF AFRICA instead of GIANT OF THIEVES be talking be without POWER in this day and age?

Why can't Nigerian rouges understand the IMPORTANCE of POWER for God sake and why is the OP flogging their failure?

It's all down to lack of ambition and cluessness as to why power should be a normal in running of our daily lives /business and not luxury.

It's a BASIC THINGGGGG Fools!

We'll give you this we'll give you that, DO IT and let production increases and unemployment drops.....SHAMLESS IDIOTS.

Gbawe: It's not a bad idea but you have to look after your family before looking after outside..

Badagry Express way it's in a complete mess at the moment because of the ineffective of the federal government, vehicle's that are suppose to be going oppsite diretion on different lane are now going on one lane as well as Overloaded TRUCKS from the border causing LOTS of problem because NIGERIQN FLIPPING GOVERNMENT LACKS STANDARD as BENIN REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT DO NOT ALLOW SUCH RIDICULOUS OVERLOADED GOODS within their country but Nigeria (giant of africa) does.

You are not correct here. It is not about high speed trains alone. It cannot be. It is all about an efficient, flexible and varied transport mix developed through optimal cost efficiency. There are several ways I can travel to France and the Netherlands from the UK. Road, Ferry, the Euro-tunnel trains are all options facilitated by a flexible transport mix.

I fully support this effort because I believe in efficient transportation of goods and services across the West African hub to stimulate SME business growth, economic development and increase inter-continental trading between African nations. Very good development if it is not another 'lip service' exercise.
