a memo from the IPPIS office of the Accountant Generals Office 2 weeks ago on this, and it's actually the outcome of deliberations and negotiation between Labour and FGN on Petrol Subsidy palliative for Federal Civil servants.
The option of paying a daily palliative sum ranging between 4k to 7k was recommended by Labour to the Govt to choose from, and calculated by 22 working days of the month. The payment was to take effect from July.
From the above info, it's evident that Govt picked the sum of 5k from the options given by Labour, which will amount to N110,000 monthly and aggregates to N330,000 in arrears by this September.
From the said memo, every Federal worker will receive a flat rate irrespective of your cadre or grade level in service.
From October to December, the flat rate of 110,000 will now be the sum paid to everyone. This sum is in addition to the normal salary already being paid to workers.
It is a palliative measure to cushion the effect of the subsidy removal for Federal workers for a period of six months (July to December 2023), before the proposed new and improved salary increase for workers will commence in January 2024. # copied # how true is this

I did my ND at Federal polytechnic Mubi Adamawa state, graduated from MASS COMMUNICATION department (2012-15) NATIONAL DEPLOMA and things were not rosy so I stayed back to hustle.

After I gathered the little I could, I applied for HND MASS COMM. @ Plateau State Polytechnic but was given SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT and o thought if I stay till another year, I will squander the money I had so I accepted the admission with the sore aim of applying for change of course which eventually didn't work out bcox the ICT will not even listen to me.

Right now, am a graduate in the same social Development.

A friend just informed me I can not serve because NYSC do not collect different department in both ND & HND.

pls is it true?

That's how women behave.

Most women support the aggressor against the victim while many men support the victim against the aggressor, although there are some men who support the aggressor.

Towards this understanding, if you play the victim in a relationship, maybe you tell stories of how someone walked out on you, you are the victim and a woman can only sympathize with you but may not want to be in a relationship with you.


That is why one man kept being rejected by women because in his ignorance, anytime he started a new relationship, he would tell the new woman how the previous woman walked out of the relationship.


After few weeks, the new woman would also walk out because women cannot cope with a man who was walked out on by another woman. It's like dogs which hate people who exhibit fear or defeat. The dog will pursue you if you fear. Women will reject you if you are afraid of her or you were defeated in a previous relationship. Maybe the man wanted the new woman to love him more because he was rejected or walked out on. But women don't reason that way.


It was not until the man met a female psychologist who told him to stop revealing that he was rejected in the previous relationship if he wanted to succeed in the next relationship that the man obeyed and started having a lasting relationship.


Men need to know that a woman wants to be in relationship with someone valuable and not with someone invaluable.

I must confess that this is very true.

In fact the universe has come to the help of men.

Now, if you see a girl and you like her but you don't have opportunity to speak with her, or you speak to her and she says no, immediately you leave that place, a girl with exactly her height, complexion and body feature will be waiting to speak to you and to accept you. She may even be the one who comes to you. It's like women are stationed everywhere. Any disdain from one woman towards a man, another woman is ready to take over the man. If you see a particular girl with a body structure which you like, immediately you leave, you will see more of such girls and even better ones. It's like " if you can't have the other one, you can select these ones". I mean it's baffling.

My aunt boils it down to the universe coming to the aid of men.

When she was yet a girl, she saw how much disdain women showered on men in the context of the men trying to woo women.

She said she was wondering whether to woo a woman was so evil that women subjected men to untold disdain. She used to cry for men. That was when she was a small girl.

But now she is about 63 and she is happy to see a man rejecting women advances.

The scarcity of husbands these days strengthens her belief that women are paying for all their actions sorounding the mockery of men in those days.

Don't forget that in those days, men were subjected to so much disdain by the woman when he tried to get her as his wife.

This is what is called the law of reciprocal action.

social media has made the amount of willing women a man can reach astronomical so if one says no, hundreds are ready to say yes...just have your money. Men focus on getting money, they literally can get any woman they want. If a particular pretty woman says no, an even more beautiful woman would say yes, just hold your side!

By my observation, the mood in the north among the masses is not that happy. I sense a kind of unhappiness among the people because Atiku did not win.

Let me take you down memory lane as follows:

APC almost denied Tinubu ticket because of the fear that Atiku Abubakar of PDP may likely win because the north will vote for Atiku if APC doesn't field a northerner.

They feared that APC could lose if Tinubu is the flag bearer.

Previous to this election, everywhere I went, I observed that the north was behind Atiku.

So let us say that the north has lost the election because PDP has lost.

The East has lost the election because LP has lost.

Why are the northerners blaming the east for their lost?

I sense a kind of anger from the northerners today. They said that the easterners only voted for LP.

I saw so many WhatsApp posts here in the north attacking Igbos. I hear some discussion bordering on the selfishness of easterners. They are not happy, I can confidently say.


I believe that the north thought that the east is so divided that it cannot come together to support a particular candidate.

I sincerely believed that they thought that PDP will win because somehow or other, the east would vote for PDP.


Although I never voted for APC(I am behind Obi). But I am happy because the north now knows that a candidate from the south can win even when the north is behind a northern candidate the way they were behind Atiku. The north now knows that if everyone is voting for his tribe, no one is sure of victory.



Previous to this election, Tinubu was unpopular in the north. Everywhere in the north was Atiku.

So I am happy that a southerner has won in an election which also fielded a popular northerner.

This has taught the north a bitter lesson. They will stop being so arrogant.
