I stand to be corrected tho, Diamond Bank may not give you the rate for Form A, it is at the discretion of CBN guys but they mostly give those that use Form M at that current price at their own purpose or reason.
the 358 they gave you is the market price but for Form A it might be less than 358 but not 306.
when i paid my tuition with Form A for Cad, i was given at 261/cad against 270 that the diamond person told me which is still against 200 or sth i was still told.
you can use any diamond bank, form A goes to cbn not diamond bank

the application is very easy, i have applied to 6 admissions in the uk and all application fee free;still got the 6 admissions.
I also applied with my student copy of the transcript but once you get the admission and about to move over for registration, they kindly inform you to tell your school to send a copy to them or you bring it along while coming.
They give all Nigerians automatic 3k scholarship and you are also eligible to apply for 50% discount fees(only sept intake) too which i didn't get the scholarship because i was more interested in canada to focus on the questions, but upto 4 people got it.
But please bear in mind that the interview is simple unless you are not courageous and always scared.
if you opt for super priority visa or sth like that , your interview will be on call and its toll free to call them back or they might not call you.

I understand this is not the UK tier 4 visa thread and I'm only asking because Vesment once got admission there. This Canada refusals don tire me abeg!

yes. the bank said they got a letter from the embassy asking blah blah long talk. so they wanna confirm if he is the one that released the statement of account and to who and for what and if they should give the embassy the same replies etc

the best is while looking for schools, avoid London and check on other parts in the UK like sheffield, nottingham, manchester etc. even tho the school fees is low. healthcare, visa fee and return flight should be clicking 700k depending on the type of visa u want ranging from normal to super priority or so.
remember course and placement year(co-op) matters a lot.

i studied geology bro, there is a course about mineral resources in geology called economic geology and they are the same just different name. geological engineering is related to mineral resources in terms of mine survey and lithium blah blah exploitation with their relative rock and soil sciences.
and there is geological project manager as a Job. but i think he should focus on getting admission for Gis in a college and he can then switch once visa is out.

You know why I like Nigerians? Every one is waiting for people to start applying to UK so that pressure will reduce on Canada and they will apply. People will still come back to Canada. We all know that Canadian education is still among the cheapest compared to UK

When it comes to visa application, our subconscious tells us we can’t do it ourselves to avoid fatal mistakes when applying.

I also sought for assistance when applying and was told a ridiculous fee. I asked myself, am I not a graduate? Everyone have the innate ability to write. I wrote it and used grammerly premium, then gave it to three people not on this platform- someone who studied my course, someone who studied a course very different from mine and a neutral person to make sense of it and got the feedback I wanted.

I won’t castigate those attaching fees to it because it takes work to write a good sop. It’s not easy to write one. Instead of castigating them, simply write one yourself and give friends or enemies to read. Everything in life isn’t free abeg.

If you can afford, good. If you can’t, equally good.

but writing SOP and LOE is not an easy task anyways, if they charge for it and you couldn't pay, you can as well write it yourself. they never said they write free of charge but i don't understand how someone will write your mind for you though and its free on top.
vetting it can be free cos its more like corrections and others.
someone can do it out of his benevolence while others wont.
Please be guided cos i know they still gave advice free of charge.

Dunno why u guys keep asking this question? what next? Imagine as a skilled person, working in a UK company for 2 years and u put in handwork and make ursef useful and relevant to the company, and the company recognizes ur input to them.. Even if u dnt want PR, the company will make sure you are going no where and they fastrack ur PR asap cos of ur importance to them.. I had a friend in this situation, baba just went for his 1 year Masters and was lucky to work in one UK company, after a year they didn't release him oo, he is still in the UK now.. And this was when Uk was still doing their rubbish of going back to ur home country after studies.. Am sure he's a Citizen now.. And the Indians u talked about, just watch it. they will also start porting to the UK. Who doesn't wanna earn in pounds? Canada will start losing revenue from International students, so they will be calm with their refusal decision.. Thats the reason UK is starting this now, they are losing so much revenue from International students, so they needed to wake up... Canada needs more people in their country, so them seing this from the UK will calm them down.. For us to be sure, lets start seeing their decision from next year, if approval wont be more than refusal... I just pray Nigerians do not spoil the UK before then tho like the way they did to Canada...Peace

as far as you work hard in uk, you must get PR.
6 of my paternal cousins are there though. thats why i decided to port to canada a far away place. uk is a good place as they said.
canada will loose students.
they dont even have much courses sef. uk offers any course in masters you want to do. i hope very soon they will add Msc in Native doctor.
they have many schools and their admission response time is within 2 weeks.
when i applied to sheffield hallam, i got admission in 1 week with 3000 pounds scholarship and even other nigerian students there will be hitting you up.
you cant compare uk to canada based on education.

If we Nigerians behave ourselves by not submitting fake documents for their visa application, they will have no reason to tighten their scrutiny... What Canada is doing to Nigeria applicants is actually caused by we Nigerians. . FAKE Documents is the order of the day from most Nigerian applicants... Even the ones that are there are spoiling it for prospective Nigerian applicants... So ig we behave oursleves, their will b no reaosn for them to do that... Peace

they have a way of doing their verfications. they are closer to nigerian government than canada. Two of my friends there, were given an electronic device at the uk POE to verify their balance.

I changed career because I studied Zoology in my undergraduate and now I'm going for MSc Boreal Ecosystems and Agricultural Sciences but I explained what spurred my passion for it and courses I took relevant to the area. I'm not employed as I'm currently still doing my NYSC and didnt submit any nysc stuff.

In term of family ties, I do not have any ties as all my siblings are in the USA and Canada as I'm just the only one left here, they are already citizens of those countries and I listed all of them in the family information without hiding anything. I only used my mom who wasn't even in Nigeria as ties and I said I ll be coming back home for my marriage and I talked about employment prospects as the ties too.

The most important thing is prayer and fasting and it was my mom that did all that. I give *God all the glory*. *He is a faithful God*. All thanks to my *father's in the Lord* who saw this vision coming through for me, Qudkom, Frankrobb, Justmellow,Blema111, sterlingwaterloo and to many others I can't mention.

Passport return has been unpredictable. It could take anytime from 5 - 15 days and even longer in some cases. I remember last year, mine took 5 weeks.

School resumes next week. Send a copy of your passport request mail to Fanshawe and plead with them to give you 2-3 weeks extension.

Although they will likely suggest you defer if by next week you still do not have your stamped passport, but just plead with them.

no dear but you can google it or ask any of our gurus here. If you can't get the number, the best bet will be to go there and ask them to mail it when it's ready.

you can call vfs and discuss the DHL option because it will cost effective and less stressful cos you don't even know when it will be returned and you can't be waiting in Lagos till whenever it's ready.

i actually topped my account with 400k and sent the statement to all embassies copying CPC two times shaa, telling them about the increase which is for increase in flight ticket. i sent web form to nrobi the day my app clocked 8 weeks and later got a mail from nrobi telling me they have large applications from Nigeria and that they will work on my app. was just in the factory now when i got ppr and bvl immediately.

anyway just a recent graduate and got a job immediately after service. used it as a proof that i will return. i didnt put my bank statement, i explained that i have not worked up to 4 months to attach it.

please gurus in the house. i re-applied June 22 with July 4 medical update to pass shaa. but the issue is that i have to be in fanshawe latest 29th of august for Pgc in Gis which is only for fall term but am actually planning to change to Project management wen i enter canada and embassy have not even said anything on my app. so deferring will be to next fall and i cant wait that long. can i change to project management and defer to winter session or i should wait on embassy reply before i do that. or will it have any effect on my app? i studied geology and mining with Cgpa 2.1. but i dont wanna do two years masters because of time.
