I have been found inadmissible from Canada for 5 years in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the IRPA for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. I am welcome to reapply if i feel that i can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirements.


In my study permit application, which i applied for myself, my parent's dont have money, but my strong desire to suceed made me loo for options, so I met a banker that told me that he could have someone move money to my mom's account, so i can submit the bank statement as a proof and sponsor's account. My mom opened an account with a bank and this banker gave me a bank statement which bore my mother's name and account number (which i sent to him) i submitted that for my application. Yes, it was my fault, i should have verified that money was truly sent into the account, i should have gone to the bank to check that money was truly sent in. However, i didnt. i take responsibility for that.

so, i submitted a fake bank account.

Now, i have been ban. and i just found out that i qualify for the Canada express entry with a high score. I need help to remove or appeal for this.

Hello June applicants, I think it is not only us in Nigeria experiencing same issue with delays in getting response from IRCC on our application. I think it's almost everywhere. Check this out.

brunel university called me yesterday to ask whether they will book flight and reserve accomodation for me that they will help in visa blah blah. so i yarn the lady that i wont like to spend huge fees and still be sent back and that if maybe i will like to gain experience before i go that it might not happen and i might be troubled. so she was like that before december that pgwp will be increase by 12 or 24 months that i shouldnt be worried that the new pm blah blah blah is working on it blah blah.
and its actually on net

With all your gra gra and attacking, CIC can humble you like this. So with all your guru advice. No be by fight my dear. We are all hear to learn. Not to fight each other. Trust me, if u can keep your head calm, take advises from the gurus, repackage, u will land your visa on the second attempt without having to fight everyone. Best of luck.

Paper route
Submitted : 17th May 2019
Medical request : 20th June
Medical done at iom: 2nd July
Medical passed: 5th July
1st correspondence letter/Bvl: 22nd July
2nd Correspondence letter and updated to approval: yesterday or today but I just checked my mail this morning.
Going to pick up my passport on Monday
To all those waiting for approval, this coming week will not pass you by! Amen!
