If you're on the search for accommodation in Ibadan, just budget ×2 of the amount of your proposed rent because some agents dues are even more than the main rent.

I need a single room as well. Agent fees in Ibadan is ludicrous. A space of 40k, agent charges could go as much as 30k or more. So terrible. Pls I need a single room urgently.
