zicoraads:Would have loved him to become the Governor. But the bitter truth is that it won't happen, because the political equation of Kogi state doesn't favour him. The Governorship is going to Igala land. All thanks to the unending feuds between the okun and ebira in kogi state. Just like the feuds between the Yorubas and Igbos in Nigeria at present. |

kellynexx007:Oga, CCT doesn't have the power to send any of its convicts to jail. It can only order the total forfeiture of the said assets in contention and a period of ban from public office. But CJN has the right to appeal the case if he choses so. But I advice him to throw in the towel and consent to this judgement. |
BREAKING: Onnoghen Convicted, Banned From Holding Public Office For 10 Years. The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) has convicted the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Walter Onnoghen and has banned him from holding any public office for 10 years.https://www.channelstv.com/2019/04/18/breaking-onnoghen-convicted-banned-from-holding-public-office-for-10-years/ Details to follow..... |
lwise:Guy I had exactly the same experience with yours after my top cylinder gasket was changed. It was later found out that some valves in some cylinders were stiffened already. The repairer had to bring the top down again and it was fixed approximately. No matter how old your engine can be, it's compression can still carry AC. Don't mind what some people are saying. The problem of that car is firing system. Not all the cylinders are working. So take back that car to the repairer so that he can bring it down and start afresh. He must have coupled your work in a hurry. |
Rivers Gov Election Results. Obio/Akpor LGA PDP>>>>>>>>>>307,117 AAC>>3,010 |
![]() He claimed he was leading with a very wide margin, but turned around to stall being declared the winner. Is that not preposterous and paradoxical. May God visit Amaechi for the innocent blood he has shed in his desperate quest for power. Amen! |
![]() Hmmmmm....17 aspirants already showed interest ![]() PDP may play a shocker this time. Fingers crossed |
Officialgarri:Shut up!!! |
SLAP44:You are very right... I think I over estimated. Because they haven't even reached Oji-river self...but the have started working from Onitsha then coming back to join that road... Okay, let me give then 15% |
SLAP44:One thing I like about what they are doing now is the fact that they blocked entirely one lane that they are working on now... Thus, no pressure on that very lane. So after completing that lane, they would move to the other lane and open the one that had already been completed. Another thing I like is that their work is very solid and superb... Only one thing I dislike is the rate of progress of their work, very very slow....with that rate, that road can never be completed in this regime. |
I passed that road just last week... The truth part of it is that works was still ongoing and they were focusing on one lane and they are yet to even achieve 60% of that single lane. The other lane is still left untouched and dilapidated. So holistically, the level of work is about 25% completed |
ImmaculateJOE:Which Rivers is undecided Stay there and be deceiving yourself |
Christonjnr:The political equation of Kogi state doesn't favour Dino at all. Hence, Dino can only deputize |
![]() Idiotic people!!! Common a legal interpretation has become a rocket science to you people. On a layman knowledge, when a higher court set a sides the ruling of a lower court, what does it implies bikonu? Useless people, better goan appeal in the supreme court before it's too late. |
BafanaBafana:Oga, if any Northerner PDP would present could be able to garner atlleas 40% votes cast in the north, PDP would win at the end. Even if the said Osibanjo will win majority votes in the north, it would surely not be with the like margin buhari used to defeat atiku in the north. Worse case scenario, Osibanjo 55% votes and any other Northerner 45% votes and it will be a landslide victory for PDP. |
Binikingdowm:Mark my words, their ticket would still go to the north just to retain power. But that may likely disintegrate APC because the southern APC would definitely disagree because its against their power sharing formula enshrined in their constitution |
Binikingdowm:I still disagree with that submission that the election was written somewhere. Why? Of course those years were full of election malpractices, no doubt!! But why did he defeat both obasanjo and Gej in that same north even though the result was written somewhere?? Or wouldn't they like to have enjoyed a landslide Victory as Yaradua did?? Yaradua family is one of the notable families in political enclave in the North. In the case of Osibanjo, bookmark the post for reference purpose, APC would never give Osibanjo ticket. Fact!! They won't like to lose power soonest. But if they eventually did, it would surely be a walkover for PDP, as they would definitely present a core northern candidate. Atiku would never smell that ticket again. Fact# |
Binikingdowm:Nah broh, buhari only defeated Obasanjo and GEJ because they were from the south. But Yaradua flogged Buhari mercilessly in 2007, the margin between the two would affirm that. Unlike the margin between those southern Presidents. But me I still think that buhari would defeat Atiku in the north anytime any day, even if the election is conducted million times. Atiku is seen as a liberal Northerner and more like a southerner than a Northerner, the main reason he would always fail woefully in the north. |
senatordave1:You an unrepeated APC apologist should hide your face in shame. I thought you were bragging that court was gonna nullify the entire election, since one inconsequential party of a nobody was missing in ballot ![]() |
Congratulations to Bala and Dogara |

![]() Congratulations to Bala....surely, success has may friends |
senatordave1:Thanks for the clarification |
senatordave1:Would the judgement be delivered within the stipulated time enshrined in the constitution to conduct a supplementary election which preceded the inconclusive declaration, owing to the fact that they had already eaten close to 2weeks already into the time. In others word, INEC now have barely 2weeks to finalize the election, would be judgement be delivered prior to the time?? |
kahal29:So what's the next line of action now?? |
![]() This Governor should goan rest nah... Tafawa Belewa is the strong hold of PDP, thus, even if election is conducted several times, Dogara would always deliver it to PDP. So, it's a case of postponing the inevitability |
![]() If you like meet All the cabals, your fate has already been decided and concluded. No room for failures |
