zabrinma: @vicjustice... thanx so much bro please my ask remain what's your advice on my case as have stated before the only false document i presented was the police report with the claim of travelling to the two said countries which I dont intend attarching in my next application cause I used the same documents without the falso police report to obtain my turkey, south africa, india and Malaysia visa, I was just naive to have added that when I applied for the uk, so please advice me to correct the wrongs on the two reasons why I was refused, thank you cause since I found this site and going through all threads have learnt the risk in submitting fake documents so its the last thing I will do so please advice brosIt seems you want encouragement rather than to accept the reality of the gravity of the situation that you are into. I don't want to give you false hope based on wishes, but to tell you the undesired truth that you are in an unfavourable situation that does not seem to have an immediate solution. If you apply for a UK visa again, your travel history would be looked into and scrutinized, and if you do not apply now, the infraction and the consequence will be waiting for the day that you will apply again. The only way that you can get away with it is if the deception is not discovered. I'm sorry to disappoint you by saying that i don't have a solution for this situation. |
tedd: I'm really impressed with the way you handle and solve problems on this thread. I believe you'll as well advice me on the best thing to do. In 2009 I was issued a 10year ban from entering the UK. My offence was that I used a fake WAEC( West Africa Examination Council) certificate in my student admission processing. It was no fault of mine. My original WAEC result was burnt in a fire disaster in 2006(I have proof and documents to support this). While I was processing my visa, Chelis Education Consult( They also introduced me to the college I applied to) who was assisting me with advisory services told me since I have just a statement of result from my secondary school, that I should go to WAEC HQ office and request for a replacement with a WAEC Certificate. I was issued a fake copy by touts that I thought were staffs and the result had the exact statement with my burnt certificate and results when you check online. I innocently submitted my documents with all tuition fees fully paid and bank statements but was banned for forgery. Please advice me how I can go about this so that the ban can be reversed. Thank youSorry to hear this, you seem to have been a victim of circumstance. You could have appealled the ban or requested an administrative review when you had the opportunity in 2009, but now, the window is closed and therefore, the ban stands until you do the full 10 years |
omololla: Good day..If her husband (who is a citizen of Ireland) is not financially sound, it therefore means that she is required to meet the requirements on her own. I hope the husband is not on Social welfare care, if so, she should forget about Ireland |
zabrinma: @vicjustice.... thanx for your reply and advice and I dont intend to appeal or go for review all I want to do is reapply in 3 months timewhen I can prove change in my circumstances so thanx for your help and advice but advice on how to apply next time in resolving the reasons of my refusal will be much appreciated, thanxYou seem to be a very confident one, but my friend, i can tell you that (it is a potentiality that) you are in a serious trouble due to the previous use of deception even if it was not discovered (or so you think), but remember that the embassy keeps your files and your every information is saved under your data: so, you would have to defend that false claim regarding your travel history: therefore, you may resort to lying further to defend it or confessing to have used deception and both actions carry the 10 years ban. Good luck |
suxes2005: Vic,If my memory serves me right, Egypt does not have an embassy in Nigeria, not sure though. |
zabrinma: @vicjustice... plesase you and I know if I wasunder fraudulent deceptive measures then the BHC wont let me walk without a ban and like I said earlier the only decept documents was the police report claiming have travelled to two other countries on my old missing passport besides that all documents are true, and have seen you on here handle more worse cases than mine on here with advice so please advice cause have written the two reasons I was refused with 1.my monthly income to less to the money I intend to spend in the uk 2.there is money in my accounts they dont see prove of, I taught this house is to help no matter the situation or is my issue worse than the 10 years ban cause have seen you given fruitful advice to those in that mess,so bro I beg look through my case again administrative review i beg now. CheersAppeal is an avenue that provides you the opportunity to prove yourself, giving the reasons why you think an earlier decision was flawed or illegal especially when you think your fundamental rights were not observed or were violated. Administrative Review is an avenue that presents the opportunity to request that an earlier application should be re-examined because you think that the facts presented during the initial application were not thoroughly given the consideration that they deserve. So, which of the two category qualifies your application? |
zabrinma: Bros thats the question below including the refusal letterI'm sorry to disappoint you, but looking into your records as revealed in your earlier posts, it is unreasonable for me to give you a valid advise after knowing that your application is fraudulent as results of the deceptive measures that you took: these revelations put your entire claims in a position of no credibility thus making any advise in the regard unreasonable. Please, understand that I'm not trying to be a saint, but that it won't make any sense to advise you on the way forward since I have doubts on your true circumstances. |
zabrinma: ok bro you right I made Some false presentation and the only false document in my application was the police report claiming have travelled to countries which have never travelled to on my lost passport and thank God I got away with it without a ban it has happened and I got refused and have stated the reason of refusal in written but till now i have not gotten and reply from you guys which I still look forward to so please vicjustice and justwise please make una answer me guysPlease, what's that question again? |
lightofjoy: A quick one pls, can I include my car particulars in my application documents. To be honest, car ownership is absolutely irrelevant in a visa application. I understand that car ownership represents a degree of wealth in Nigeria (Africa), but it is not the same in Europe where an ordinary sales Girl can purchase a perfectly sound secondhand car with just one week wage. So, if you present a Car document, the only interest that the visa officer would have in it is to be certain that the document is not fake, and once s/he is satisfied of the genuineness and that he can not use it against you, s/he will put it aside and focus on other relevant documents. |
gonelsystems: Is it okay to book a one way Ticket if going for studies?Perfectly safe: since you are not returning anytime soon |
dove30: Your application has been approved and the visa has been issued. We aim to return passports to the VAC within 2 working days. You can check the location of your passport at www.ukvac-ng.com. ABEG GUYS WE GOT THIS TEXT WITHIN 6 DAYS.DOES THIS ACTUALLY MEAN VISA AS BEEN ISSUEDYou mean you suspect that the Embassy is playing with your nerves? ![]() Well, they have your phone numbers for some reasons, and they can choose to send a message or not to any applicant that they please according to the discretion of the officer who attends to the application so: the fact that some people did not receive text messages does not mean that those who received text messages should have reasons for suspicion. These said, the Text Message seems genuine and the content is fully comprehensive. So, congratulations! ![]() |
zabrinma: Bros vicjustice I dont understand the meaning of red bolded please guys I picked up my application yesterdayObserve the bolded red highlights and see that you contradicted yourself when you said: zabrinma: Thanx bro I don tire for the visa self cause all my documnents are originals but you know this oyebo people they do what they want thanx will update the house of the result cause I believe. Since ukba was made am the first to be waiting 8 weeks now for my application on a general tourist visa. sheyy I don make history oo for ukbaWhere-as, in you other post, you said: zabrinma: @vicjustice,justwise and the gurus....happy new year to all please its been almost 8 weeks nowSo, how could you claim that all your "documents are original" or genuine? |
zabrinma: @vicjustice,justwise and the gurus....happy new year to all please its been almost 8 weeks now zabrinma: Thanx bro I don tire for the visa self cause all my documnents are originals but you know this oyebo people they do what they want thanx will update the house of the result cause I believe. Dramadiddy: im 17.. and i jst checked the countries dat their custody order is valid in the uk and nigeria is not in the list...i need help pleaseYou are ineligible to apply for a Dependant Visa or for a Family Union Visa under an "uncle" who does not have the legal rights of custody over you: your "uncle" should have processed the formal documents in Nigeria and then legalised it with the UK authority (while you were under 16), and that will give him the legal rights to be your official guardian. |
Dramadiddy: Please guys, I need ur advice on what to do on this... you have applied to join Mr. A, whom you state is your uncle in the uk in support of your application. You have provided birth certificates, death certificates, photographs, school records and copies of emails. You state that your parents died in 2010 and since then you have been living with Mr. A's cousin. There is nothing to show that Mr. A has had day to day responsibility for you. You need to demonstrate that he provides you with all the emotional, financial and other needs which you may and do have that he can and does exercise full control over the major aspects of your life, such as schooling, religion, medical care, etc. Although you have provided school documents that your fees have been paid and letters from you to Mr. A thanking him for paying your fees, there is no evidence that he actually paid them. The letter from your school states that Mr. A has been your guardian all through 2006-2013, however you state that your parents died in June 2010 and that Mr. A became your guardian after that date. You have stated in your form that you keep in touch with Mr. A and his wife through via phone calls and emails. You have provided copies of emails from you to his wife but these are few in number and only cover the periods nov-dec 2012 and june-august 2013. You have provided a birth certificate for yourself dated October 23, 2013 and death certificates for your parents dated 02 October 2013. Your birth certificate has been produced over 16 years since the date of your birth and death certificates have been produced over 3 years since the date of your parent's death. As such, I consider these to be self serving documents and am not satisfied that you are related to Mr. A as claimed. Having considered all of this, i am not satisfied that Mr. A has had sole responsibilty for your upbringing. I therefore refuse your application under paragrph 297(i)(e) of the immigration rules.Even if you have every documentary evidence that you are related to this "uncle" and even if his responsibilities and providences for your welfare are documented, the visa officer still has a hundred and one reasons to refuse your application. You "uncle" needs to have the guardian clearance which is (state approved) legal custody rights over you who must not be older than 16 |
lahwummie: @vicjustice...thanks for your earlier reply, I appreciate all. Want to ask for your last advice. As I explained that the study visa was refused Eco stating * you have failed to attach documentary to your claim* Now that have got the documents (1,letter from my lawyer,2,letter from d previous sponsor(that said bank never called him) and a 3,declaration from the bank). That is what you need to do to put things right otherwise, the suspicion of using deception will remain against you and you may be liable to a ban. Now, as for reapplication, who did you say is sponsoring you this time? |
Dramadiddy: morning guys....pls if u made ur application in lagos nd ups tried deliverin ur package nd failed..where do dey return d package back to..is it lagos or abuja?Courier companies usually keep the undelivered parcels for 3 business days, expecting you to to call at the office for collection, but if you fail to show up within the 3 business days, your parcel will be returned to sender |
There are more places than mentioned in the video, i personally experienced the midnight sun in Latvia during its summer, i bet you, the same goes with Estonia and other countries in north Europe zones |
lahwummie: @vicjustice.. Please kindly give a quick response, do I go for Review or Reapply? So I can do that by tomorrow. Am sorry for disturbing you. ThanksI actually replied your earlier post just that I mistakenly quoted somebody else instead of you. I've rectified that now and I'm reposting it here also. "Be advised that these people treat administrative review in priority order and not on the basis of First-Come-First-Serve, so, if they observe that your case does not seem to fall into any of these categories: 1) Your application is not one that is based on fundamental rights 2) That your original refusal is not a violation of your rights 3) The visa officer did not seem to have miscarried justice in refusing the application etc In your case, i am of the opinion that the refusal wasn't a miscarriage of justice, and the reviewers know this hence they are not in a hurry to attend to it while they have more serious issues to take care of. If you reapply a hundred time, you would be refused all the time as long as they hold that resentment against you. Take my earlier suggestion and present a declaration as demanded by the visa officer who refused your application" |
mr flow: @Vicjustice thanks for ur comment. However,I don't get it. Since sept 4, dat I sent the administrative review,I av not heard anything from them even if its a mail to acknolege receipt of d review and oda stuffs. Is there anyone who has any phone no I can contact them on to follow up? Am also thinking of applying again and dis time with my wife and 2 kids. Do uuu think I shld hold on and still expect somthing on d review? Or to go ahead and reapply. And is dere any suuggestions if am reapplying? ThanksI said that you are of course because, you seem to have done what ought to have done and that left me with nothing to contribute |
lahwummie: @ vicjustice...Sorry about my use of english. And thank u for taking your time, really he was not contacted by the bank.Be advised that these people treat administrative review in priority order and not on the basis of First-Come-First-Serve, so, if they observe that your case does not seem to fall into any of these categories: 1) Your application is not one that is based on fundamental rights 2) That your original refusal is not a violation of your rights 3) The visa officer did not seem to have miscarried justice in refusing the application etc In your case, i am of the opinion that the refusal wasn't a miscarriage of justice, and the reviewers know this hence they are not in a hurry to attend to it while they have more serious issues to take care of. Take my earlier suggestion and present a declaration as demanded by the visa officer who refused your application |
zabrinma: Thanx bros but i didnt state on the police report the year i travelled to those false country and that was on my old passport which was missing so Probably I should be expecting the 10 year ban,wow ignorance is a big shame and this was a friends advice whoThe year will be irrelevant at this stage, the initial interest would be to find out whether your claims to have traveled to the mentioned countries are true, and if found to be true, only then would the year come into question. |
zabrinma: @vicjustice,justwise and the gurus....happy new year to all please its been almost 8 weeks nowThe delay is (most likely) because they are doing background check with the countries that you claimed to have visited: Naive indeed, you should have known that both the UK and the countries that you lied with are all in the EU. |
mr flow: mr flow: Hello Guys, I need ur urgent advice and input on an issue:You're on course |
lahwummie: @vicjustice: d story so far, applied 4 a visit visa 2012 n was refused(reason stating first bank contacted d sponsor but denied sponsoring). The sponsor as at den was my husband (now ex). So lik on d 18th I applied 4 study visa and was refused again ( reason stating in ur personal statement, u claimed d sponsor wasnt called and u failed 2 add a supporting documentary to that, therefore I refue you). My present study visa had no issue, I had 40 points and all was cool, just dat dey refered back 2 my previous refusal. Now do I review or reapply with the supportn documents they said I dint attach. Please, be considerate enough to write in standard English and with standard spellings. Well, every application is supposed to be treated in its own merit especially if previous applications are transparent and straight forward, but if there is an issue with deception or any other infraction is involved, then theywoVisa Officers would always want to refuse your application for reason of previous mistakes. In your case, there is the likelihood that you either used deception or that you were sneaking in your attempt to obtain a tourist visa by presenting a "sponsor" who is not willing to participate in your travel plans, so the onus is on you to prove that the circumstances sorounding your previous Tourist visa application was genuine otherwise, your reputation is affected in such a way that they can't trust you with a Student Visa as it already suggests to them that you are desperate to leave the country. If really your ex husband wasn't called by the bank, then, perhaps you need to contact the bank to make this declaration in a statement letter and also to meet your ex husband to write an undertaking to that effect: until this is resolved, you may be facing a lengthy (continues) refusal by the embassy, more or less like being under the 10 years ban |
lightofjoy: Heelo fello Nairalanders, pls I need your advice: I work & reside in Nigeria with a monthly earning of 190K though I also get some money from my personal consulting that I do. My father(a Nigerian) is a citizen of France but lives in the UK in a rented 2 bedroom duplex. One of my sibling (nigerian) who is also a citizen of France also stay with him in the same address. I want to go to the UK just for 10 days holiday, what type of visa should I applied for and what document do I submit and I have about 500K in my account. Should I state that I will stay with him or should I book my own hotel? Kindly advice me. ThanksIt actually depends on the convenience of the rented properties, whether it has enough space and adequate accommodation for you. As for the N500k, forget it. |
lahwummie: @ justwise and house please help!!You did not state the type of visa that you applied for, and also, your explanations that you gave is not very comprehensive: it would have been better if you gave the exact words of the visa officer (as in the refusal notice). By the way, did you say that you applied for a STUDEBT visa (for a school that will be resuming on JANUARY 20th) under the sponsorship of your EX HUSBAND? |
Dramadiddy: i mean pray its successful u didnt get meI did understand you, and the question still is: What sort of prayer that would change an already made decision? Or hasn't the visa officer made the decision yet? |
miz Gene: Hiyaa,Everything can be repaired in Nigeria, even things as cheap as bathroom slippers are fixed. Just take the luggage to those who repair everything ranging from umbrellas to cooking stoves, they definitely can do justice to your cherished luggage. |
Dramadiddy: wow...jst tracked my application now and they said processed application delivered on ups..guys pray for me ooo pls...i ll let u guys know when i go to d vac...omg!!!!What sort of prayer that would change an already made decision? |
seeprob: House, i want to renew my 2yrs visa along with my wife(expired 6 months) and infant daughter. what year will i apply for my infant daughter (its her first passport without travel history) will my infant daughter go along with us for 2yrs or 6 monthsInfants are dependants, therefore they are entitled to the same privileges as their parent(s). Since you already had a two years visa which you're now renewing, and your wife is applying for same (2 years) visa, then, your infant is entitled for same even if it will be its first application. As it is less than likely that you and your wife are not going to travel without the baby, it is therefore not logical for you and your wife to apply for the 2 years visa while you apply for a 6 months visa for the baby: also, it is unreasonable to be downgraded (or demoted from the 2 years category to 6 months) for reason of your baby. |
