You are truly a very rare gem, and God will always compensate you and all that belongs to you. People in diaspora aren't as stupid as people in Nigeria thinks, am pretty sure with a person like you 80% of guys in diaspora will be willing and appreciate to associate with you. I went through your spreadsheet and am seriously shocked! The transparency and on point attitude is just impeccable, ask a typical Naija person to give you a quote for project like yours they will so much incorporate and inflate stuff and makes it look like they are doing you a favor, and makes you looks like an ingrate, yet you're paying double for the work they are doing. 1. How many feet did you dig for the foundation.
2. How many blocks did you lay in ground to level the floor l can see two set of blocks above the ground which is ok.
3. What is the length of the reinforcement bar from the ground to where we see it please.

I am the client in this post.
I was introduced to Deacon Oniyire (Vicoloni & Percee Ltd) by a professional colleague I worked with in Nigeria about 15 years ago.
