My sales outlet currently have both device in stock and personally I've used both device but I found Infinix Hot S a capable companion than Camon C9. Not worried at all by the 1sim + SD card tray or 2 Sims no SD card as I have other phones. It all boils down to preferences as I found Hot S battery more stable than C9 and the fingerprint scanner on the back no be here ooo as one could employ it to scroll gallery, take calls unlock your device without even touching your power bank. Working with my hot S camera I made a few bucks in just a few days.
If you're in my location (South East) I'll avail you with both phones to toy with before deciding on the one to buy either from me or elsewhere , Regards.

I don't fancy either phones. They have virtually the same internals. I'll choose the hot s simply because it has a better design and a very good fingerprint sensor. Oh and XOS is sleek. Though I'm using zenui launcher because I don't like how the default launcher saves all my apps on the home screen.

I just tried it on my google cardboard and there's only one sentence to describe the experience. IT SUCKS. There's no gyro so it is not vr ready. Even if it has gyro it is still not vr ready, the resolution is just too poor and hurting to the eyes. Even if it has better resolution the processor will still let it down.

Problem with these Chinese oems is they don't tell us the full specs of their phones. Sometimes they don't even mention the processor, they will just say octacore processor which is stup!d. Whether the hot s has gyro or not I don't know but even if it has it doesn't make it vr ready. 720p is too poor for vr. Even with qhd on galaxy s6 I still see visible pixels in vr mode. And I don't think this mt6753 on the hot s can survive 5 mins in vr.

I have a cardboard so I will try t out in vr see how it performs.

Trying to upgrade my hot, I like how the hot 4 looks but it has no LTE, I hear there's a hot 4 pro dropping pretty soon too.
Right now stuck in between deciding to go for the " Hot S " but that hybrid sim got me also looking at Tecno camon C9.
What do you think I should do? Get the hot s and get an OTG USB or just get the C9?

No matter the situation, I will never give up on this country. Let's politicians continue to play mind game. We brought ourselves to this level and we must rescue ourselves.
