u need to put her under stress a bit to help reduce her weight. allow her to run errands herself. let her go to the market. and do some chores. as she walks around, it's an exercise. and it's helping in her weight reduction. and then advice her to reduce the rate of her eating all these junks. that's a major factor. all this soft drinks and snacks. and if she's yet to find work u need to help her get a job or establish a business for her because this issue of growing fat happens to mostly house wife. because the more u stay at home the more u r hungry and always looking for something to eat. keeping her busy will make a difference

Pls catholics don't worship mary. We honour her. For someone to be sinless, Carry Jesus , and be the mother of God is nor easy. Mary deserves every honour given to her. Mary was actually dealt with. And mary herself witnessed the event till golgotha. Imagine if its ur son that is done such, how would u feel?. penance is the prayer the priest gives u to say after confession in atonement for ur sin.

There are 3 account of use of image and they are all in old testament they include
Use of bronze serpent
Use of ark of covenant
Where David instructed Solomon to build cherubim and the seraphim in the temple he was to build. This shows that God allows the use of image for religious purposes and doesn't support the worshipping of it.
Remember the book of John 3:14 "just as moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the son of man must be lifted up.

Importance of use of image:

It is their doctrines I have deep problems with... too many symbols...chalices, rosary, graven images... the chants and incantations...confessing to man when you can directly speak to God.

Go and read account of what happened when Christ appeared to the disciples on the Pentecost in book of John. He told the disciples that who's sin u have forgiven its forgiven and whose sin you retain is retained.
Do u remember that during Christ evangelism that he forgave sin wic let to the Pharisees and scribes to question who gave him right to forgive sin. And that was the authority that Christ passed on to the disciples on the Pentecost day.
That's one of the reasons for confession
