Politics › Re: 700MW Zungeru Hydro Power Plant Is 45 Percent Complete - Federal Government by vioment: 8:03pm On Mar 15, 2018
Too slow. Realistically we should go with all forms but more on gas. Build a very huge facility near a gas drilling site to power the country. Which one wey we dey waste time like this everyday. You need to go for all forms of power supply with hydro being the least choice, because we need water like we need light, so why contaminate the water before noticing we need a real solution to water crises which include oil producing states. Instead of you planners to think that we can purify the water for this site, so build the biggest water plants in that area of the source and do the same for gas plants; this reduces pipeline sabotage of gas and water, and also makes it easy for security operatives to defend from saboteurs. Remind us when this project is 100% complete. Another note of observation to remember is that the standard of nigeria's projects are way lower than serious countries, so a nigeria's project 45% is a serious country's 10% so they don't talk and what is also observable is the the serious country's timeline is faster or at the same rate.
Family › Re: A Nairalander's Grandma Needs Her Way Back Home - Help Her by vioment: 7:50pm On Mar 15, 2018
I hope she's not being maltreated. She looks like she's holding something heavy in her heart, i hope its her family's void that she is missing. Anyway sha I trust igbo people and hospitality, igbo people go tell you them mind but them no wish you ill and them go still watch your back, except you are trying to do them harm. Cons:Them go dun isolate am a couple of times during meetings, maybe for market where she gots to hold her ground in her marketability, etc Pros: she would be given an honest support by many if she seeks for it realistically.

There are many things to be proud of in regards to my tribe but one notable characteristic of igbos inregards to assistance is there are many to give you assistance but not many support laziness and there will tell you about it too, which is another form of support.

Excuses like our nigerian politicians. You lost, learn from your mistakes. If messi no forgive you or make mistakes, who you be? One million ways to make the commentators shout "issa gooaal".
Politics › Re: Aerial View Of 17,000-hectare Sunti Golden Sugar Estate Commissioned By Buhari by vioment: 6:35pm On Mar 15, 2018
A very dusty surrounding for my liking; that is why the same camera you use in germany will give you a crisp picture in america or switzerland but will be forming blurs in Nigeria. We are so comfortable with dirt.

In a year that white building will look like it was painted brown from the roof to the foundation. And the sugar will have a reputation of having sand mixed with it.
Politics › Re: FG To Ban Importation Of Fabric For Producing Security Agencies’ Uniform by vioment: 12:04pm On Mar 15, 2018
Banning everything left and right. No light to even confirm what is banned. No wisdom applied by this administration.

Don't worry on banning to force market because even the producers you want to help don't have affordable power supply to be confident in their works. Now you ban peoples' goods then they ban yours. Unnecessary trade war.
Politics › Re: Gov. Ugwuanyi Strengthens Government-community Relations by vioment: 3:22am On Mar 15, 2018
There's nothing to discuss. Build roads and better yet light. Fight against cultism in universities in other words make universities comfortable for all studying, lecturing, workers, and visitors. Universities need serious exchange programmes and not the unsafe environments we have now.

Make sure to seize their ship and all equipment on board after the investigations. If they have any money on them or in a naija bank, seize it too, give some of it to the navy and customs and efcc. Put it in their budget as bonus money or asset.
Politics › Re: Soldiers, CJTF Make Us Give Sex For Food – Wives Of Detained Boko Haram Suspects by vioment: 3:39am On Mar 13, 2018
Lack of discipline. Lack of training. Lack of technology. Lack of light.

Why don't they ring that place with cameras and the important areas there like food collection areas. Even if it means running a 24 hour generator or feeding time they turn the generator on for 2 or 3 hours. Our incompetence in many fronts is alarming. We are never organized at anything.

Are you sure you are not 'mama say I be ibo' like some element here? grin
lol. When you wish the country well and wish it an honest success, your thoughts will become fair and your opinion to solutions would face opposition from various factions like the tribalist, the obstructionist, the envious from the outside of the nation/continent, etc.

We are all a big family; and you are very right, who knows, i was probably congoloese, or yoruba, or fulani, or ijaw, before becoming an igbo from my older heritage. I believe our collective strength and sacrifice to achieve that strength will make us the greatest nation in the world. who be all those successful countries if naijans really put their mind to it. Them never reach. They are eating our food and sitting on our high table because we decided to be ignorant and sabotage ourselves.

Politics › Re: Herdsmen Crisis: Why Labelling Attackers Fulani Is Wrong - Atiku by vioment: 12:01pm On Mar 11, 2018
He is right, you can't condemn a whole tribe. Not all fulanis are herdsmen and not all herdsmen are fulani. The fulani tribe is one of the biggest tribes in west africa. They have to understand this situation well, for all we know this could be mercenary arabs trying to stir something. Let's be logical and technological in our solutions.

Honestly this guy just said the truth but people will also lash out at him. The expectations from the electorates is so demanding. You can't come for re-election and you are telling them you promoted this law and that law. That's gibberish.
I was once in a church and a state house of assembly member freely donated 50k as his own support for an ongoing project, people around me started murmuring, a whole house member donating only 50 thousand naira when those not even in government are donating in hundreds of thousands. We inadvertently push these people to steal with the pressure we mount on them.
The real undiluted problem.
Crime › Re: Cultists Attack Boy And His Brother For Refusing To Join Them. Graphic Photos by vioment: 6:22am On Mar 07, 2018
Sorry about that guys. wishing you guys a speedy recovery. You did very well in your courage and decision. And God bless the NA for their response and concern about this situation and many more in the future.

The govt should move faster than they do now to create a sense of security on and off campuses especially on.

It is time to let the NA and SSS take care of this issue by parading like that guy they caught, to do frog jump with his and his cult name around his neck and get whippings while at it, should do that frog jump from the school gate to around all the classes after a day of judgement in the military court. After or before that, better yet after, to seize up to 70% of the person's money in any account they can find after the person has paid a bail of 1,000,000 naira, all is to be shared 50/50 between the NA and SSS departments for more training and gadgets and bonuses.

Any implicated non student that is guilty after investigation will be paraded, taken to a village for manual labor while all their money is being seized.

Any bullying against any so called juman or ex-member should trigger this punishment that should last 3 days of frog jumping around campus during class hours for current students and manual labor for non students. This should help protect new comers from being one or fresh recruits from extending their tenure.

NPF mumuism is high grade. Anyway sha, I can't blame them, I blame the leadership that don't know how to organize anything not even the NPF. Lack of professional training, lack of pay, lack of respect for their office and from the public.

Every other day they are making one mumu move or saying one mumu thing. Come take am na.

Happy birthday Sir.

On a more honest note, you tried on african leadership by knowing how to make african leaders do your bidding which was mostly peace issues; had you been followed by an infrastructural, economic, and military minded successor, it would have helped your legacy but you played politics or should I say choose politics over nation. You tried but you failed on assassinations that occurred during your leadership; no power supply; armed robberies on a wide scale; looting; no leadership on curbing cultism in universities; lack of cooperation with you and governors, senators, and even your VP; etc and I can't really give you phone success because it was already coming; I will give you technology(satellite), agriculture(obsanjo chicken), a little bit on the economy (some projects going on, civil servant mostly paid, an uptrending productivity, and surplus in the foreign reserve). You should have helped democracy well if you supported(not choose or lord) a better candidate.
