Are you saying that the DPO shouldn't hear the accuser side of the story?; My logic here would be that they listen to both sides, i don't know the procedure in your office but there should be a team/group of chosen people in your office subject to change, that listens to complaints, followed by a mix of civilian lawyers and police trained lawyers, with certain powers to summon people or give them a chance in the courts. Am just saying some type of organized and fair system, sort of a pre-court system that is tailored to the community's(where you vote) view of fairness.

Education › Re: Angry Father Calls Out Private Schools For Giving Students Too Much Homework by vioment: 7:29am On Jan 12, 2018
He is making a point. I see them around. How about giving family type homework once a month for two or three different subject instead of giving it to the student everyday for the parents to solve, at least make them well versed for the assignment and just make them practice more at home for a short period of time. They also need rest, play time, and family time.

Am not advocating for a lazy education like the university type or gragra education like the elementary and secondary ones we currently practice. I am advocating for smart and intelligent educational system like the world has never seen before but will come to admire, with a from the ground up approach. School environment still matters and civic/moral education needs to be given a priority just below science, engineering, and math. Let others practice stem, we can practice SEMM(science, engineering, maths, and morals).

If I handle Nigeria for 4 yrs, forget mumuism, na the fastest turnaround from 3rd or 8th world to more than half of the country in 1st world column and the other half in 2nd world column, we go get. No time for baby steps and unintelligent actions.

Who to blame ? Those to put foreign language identity before African identity.
I approve this answer.

Nigeria should be open to secretly supporting the English side if they agree to break and absolve themselves and their land to Nigeria. Francophone Africans are such dedicated slaves.

Not far from the truth, matter of fact, he summarized what many of them think and even Africans know. If it's not true, go and stop any African with visa or no visa from travelling out, if that person, their family, and their gang won't handle you appropriately.

Is there anything we export that is already sufficient in Nigeria? Everything is imported, worse is we are importing from an importer when we are not a landlocked nation. Open the borders for everything, this country might never be successful because everytime we think there is a light at the end of the tunnel, it turns out that it is a torchlight that the oyibos left a long time ago when they were exploring. We have a very long way to go. A child born in 2018, might grow to 30, and still inherit a foolish and inadequate Nigeria. What is really wrong with Nigeria? Is being a Nigerian a curse?

More proof needed here. My doubt is 50/50. I don't trust the NPF -sars, or many agencies or even the house or senate at this time or before now. I just smell setup in this matter. My advice is don't radicalize the rational minds, prevent this path.

TheAnimatorsHub:
Stop watching porn permanently. Stop masturbating completely. Eat unripe plantain, vegetables and cut sugary meals. With time, hopefully, you should have your rock solid erection again
Good response even more to your advice should be stress management/elimination as much as possible; exercising like bike riding and jogging, drink lots of water, rest(part of stress and health management), eat fruits, and lots more. Am not a doctor, so consult with one you trust.

*lol, animatorhub, that unripe plantain matter funny sha, make boys never go believe say na sure bet, cun begin attack every plantain tree like fulani herdsmen. Famers and growers dun hear am, chai.

NYSC › Re: Youth Corper Shot Dead In Calabar by vioment: 10:41pm On Jan 08, 2018
Cultism and bokoharam are the 1 and 2 in my book, boko is 1 while cultism is 2; Their underlying strategy is to be against education. They have taken their war to the streets and places of education with cultism starting the other way around. So if you are an unrepentant cultist, remember that you are a major reason in Nigeria's demise because you hinder an educated population.

As for this guy, RIP. This could have been a robbery gone wrong or whatever reason, my condolence to your family.

Christianity Etc › Re: Church Using POS To Collect Tithes And Offerings. Right Or Wrong? (Picture) by vioment: 9:11am On Jan 07, 2018
Actually this is 50/50 in regards to stealing, but the question is stealing from who, stealing from the pastor. This will not only sharpen the communicative skill of a current day pastor but also their mathematical skills. Now pastors can call themselves a pastor, a mentor/counselor (which is what i see them as), an accountant, and a business owner. No more accountant general when there is a pastor.

Job opportunities i see here, the pastor works with bankers to legitimately or some how have a way of selling gift type cards for offering and tithes, the banker gets customers, the pastor gets customers, the church avoids risk of getting robbed at gunpoint or through ushers.

Hackers and programmers also have a say in this new opportunity.

Security guards will always have a job here or ushers in this case because anyone with finese ways can switch the machine to their own for periods of time or at intervals, ushers or fake ushers can switch to their own machines during offering and tithe periods. I know the pastors will be watching this closely.

Anyway, God is great.

Health › Re: Dangers Of Uncovered Roadside Food by vioment: 7:25am On Jan 07, 2018
A lot of dangers in this field that goes unregulated. It begins with the unregulated food source, the food quality, and the least is preparation. The environment of the food preparation and the places where they are stored to be prepared are saddening when you think about it. The meat source, storage, etc; The utensils and the source of water for cleaning and cooking; The food handling are also bad - i am talking about dirty (scratchy or nose picking) individuals or sick persons serving food.

Well, some people claim Africans are exempt from the dangers related to these oversights but forget that you are what you eat.

Car Talk › Re: This U.S AF's Special Ops Supercar,Dodge Challenger Vapor Will Blow Your Mind by vioment: 7:49am On Jan 06, 2018
In 2001, the US stopped hiding their technology which was the drone that everybody assembles now, they had it before that time but in 2001 it really went on real life experiment in Afghanistan. By 2005, china had mastered the art of drone and then america and china just mass produced it. Meanwhile the ultimate drone is the satellite which many countries have now. My point is, now they are doing this below, when they already built a helicopter.

*to any critic,in one of our school projects, we built drone that goes as high as 300ft and covers as wide as 2 miles. It is team work.

What our country mates are doing as at two years ago

Business › Re: Reasons Why Oil Is Not The Problem Of Agriculture In Nigeria by vioment: 8:01am On Jan 05, 2018
A good write up. In my own opinion, Nigeria's land to population ratio does not allow for a viable and sustainable agriculture. In other words, there is no land for serious agriculture and to make matters worse, the laws governing lands are laughable. That is why i hardly see any healthy cows in Nigeria, they walk from zamfara to lagos to ph and back to zamfara. When you see healthy cows you will know, no be by mouth.

It boils down to leadership, expertise, and cooperation. We cannot have small and be exporting everywhere without thinking.

Below are some healthy cows and personal farms of a serious nation citizens.

It is not as if this is not a good idea, infact it is not a good idea. Am not saying that shoe makers don't need skill enhancement like any other skill or profession, but the root problem is affordable power supply that will create the environment for business and skill enhancement. China uses machinery and hand skills to do their job, so this type of project is not only not intelligent but also demeaning to Africa especially Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Man Searching For Fuel In Delta Killed By Car (Graphic Photos) by vioment: 11:07pm On Jan 04, 2018
This country is so miserable in many ways. God why? If there was light and fuel, he would have not been on this journey. It is very sad that this is black people making other black peoples lives miserable. In Europe or places like that, the authorities and citizens ease each others lives and accommodate foreigners. The leaders we have are not compassionate at all. Same story everyday. RIP.
