When has investigation turned to conviction? Amnesty international only asked Nigerian government to investigate abuses committed under there purview. 1, Build more prisons with basic amenities like pipe borne water, power, health centers and sport centers.
2, Educate Nigerian police and military on best and human way to handle people.
