I think there's a misunderstanding here, the guest toilet is isolated and for quick runs but if a guest is sleeping over, there should always be a toilet inside the visitors room.

the toilet should be positioned in a place where both purpose will be easily served and that is why adjacent to the dining remains the best for me. Especially when it's a 3bedrooms which all rooms supposed to be ensuite but no space for vt. You get it right ?

This could be acceptable to many people.

As for me, I will introduce an entry lounge and put the toilet in the lounge.

I rather have my vt beside the dining just in between the lobby to the rooms. It gives the visitor a sense of belonging and you are leaving a great impression. The VT at the living room is a still okay as long as there's a lobby to close of any four odour but a vt outside is kind of insulting in my opinion. It's like telling a visitor to take your his or her shit outside. If you didn't want him or her in the first place why the invite?

Say what you want but oshiomole has been the best governor Edo state ever had after Ambrose Ali. Lucky igbenedion drained edo so much that Edo is yet to recover. No, I don't have a structural drawing. My engineer said it's not necessary for a small bungalow build like this.

more reason for drawing is get the accurate leght, breath and volume so as to give an accurate extimate. Of course they don't encourage drawings so they can easily rip off the client.
Without the structural drawing how do I know what areas the beam passes through because I can't assume when I don't know what's on your Engineers mind.
