Knowledge came from God but men introduced deviation just as they're doing now through innovations otherwise humanity could have been one in faith because the messages from God are consistent. Every sharp deviation is man made.

Hello make sure you go back to your bank and confirm that the correction has been made. I'd advise you to visit another branch. Afterwards you can contact npower to inform them of the correction, but I believe once your bank corrects any error, you'll receive your payment because that's what happened to me too.

I don't know why I haven't been paid, but when I got to check my bvn details in the bank I found out my surname which was supposed to be "ALLI" was spelt "ALI"with every other information correct. And with such error I wasn't contacted. But I've made the correction, still yet to be paid though. N-power can be annoying sha!

You and I use the same banks. I didn't even bother to go to Union since I did the registration at GTB. I didn't even know it's possible to request for a page print out, I just told the lady at the customer service desk to help me check for any mistake on my BVN profile. She told me to write down my details on a piece of paper and she used it to cross check what's on her computer screen. Didn't take her long to spot the error.

Immediately she referred me to their BVN desk where I went to fill a correction form.

I also did mine in GTBank. The first print out was from my 2nd bank (Union Bank) That was where I discovered the mistake in my name. So I had to go to GTB where I did the BVN registration for the correction. Was given 48hrs to effect it. Went back there to request a print out to be sure the correction has been made.

PS: you won't be charged for the print out. They may only ask what you need it for. Tell them you need to tender it somewhere.

Yes. I've been using my account without any problem at all. If not for npower, I wouldn't have known that there was an error on my BVN profile.

Hello guys I received my stipend for March this evening, GTB. Prior to that I was at my bank to check if the correction I made on bvn profile last week Friday has taken effect, and the result was positive. I believe more people will receive their alert next week.

The way I see it, Oluwasegun is the full name and should remain that way. I think you might need to contact npower to see if you can change your name from segun to Oluwasegun. And next time when you're doing any kind of formal registration, always write down your full name, don't shorten it.

You're very right about this Autosbay. Today I will be at my bank to check if the correction that was made last week Friday has been effected. I'll also urge anyone who hasn't been to their bank to do so just to be on a safe side. Good day

If you spot any errors or omissions in your account and Bvn name of which you have applied for the necessary corrections with your bank,I will urge you to use any available time you have today,to go to the Bank to confirm if the corrections have already been effected if not next payment might be another denial because some of them are mediocres and always careless.

Hi nice job you have done on this thread. I am of the opinion that the unpaid verified beneficiaroes should convey at Alaska, check the name themselves, write their local government on the copy of the list, find out what the issue they have and supply any necessary documents or go to nearest bank (if it is BVN issue) to make corrections.

What about those of us who do not have any issue with D.O.B or BVN, what's our fate? Because it looks like attention is now being shifted from us and they're making it look as if everyone who hasn't received payment must have a problem.

Those having payment issues for you to be paid your date of birth on your npvn must be the same as the date of birth on your bvn record and date of birth on your bank details

Believe me, these words are not mine... I didn't know why I was moved to say this and why now exactly... Infact I didn't begin to understand any of it until someone (a victim of this whole thing) whatsapped me some mins ago with what transpired between he and truexgold this morning. It was then I know he had really offended The most high.

Bro there's no point quoting everything to every Tom, dick and Harry. Most people that have been paid believe that others who haven't been paid have one problem or the other with their profiles/verification e.t.c. It's only when one is a victim or involved that you'd understand. As you stated above, I also did all that was required, provided everything that was required, my profile intact, but alas even people who had some things missing or D.O.B not corresponding received alert.

So I think we should just wait for the report to know what's going on. I only hope it doesn't take time.
