seguno2:I won't bother to dignify your comments with a response as to the true nature of the story. I hope and pray that such never happens to your family member. |
Bionica:You are most welcome. It irks me so much the way young adults reason on this forum. Someone just died in a most horrible manner while she slept soundly, by someone she housed and fed (she was stabbed). I won't go into more details. If and when her family wishes to reveal more to the media, then good. But for now it's best to respect their privacy at this trying time. Btw, I am not viviangist dear. Thank you again. |
Hmmmm...this isn't the true story though. I personally knew Dayo. Met her a while back. She is the younger sister of a lady married to a rather powerful family known for selling cars in Lagos. It was NOT a salary issue. Rest in peace dear Dayo. And btw, for those talking thrash, the man in question murdered Dayo yday and was on the run before he was apprehended today. While on the run, he had the gall to post a 90s choreographed dance video of himself on instagram and even said hi to his Cameroonian buddies in french. All these AFTER he killed her. His IG handle is William_smith1059. And someone mentioned wanting to pay his legal fees! |
Truly sad and unnecessary. RIP |
Interesting and educative. Would be more so if they intimated the crowd beforehand so they learn. The guy with the fire extinguisher though. What gives? ![]() |
Cortina! I wore the ones made by Bata as a kid ![]() This is the way to go. God bless my homeland Nigeria |
So unnecessary. Cloth that would fade, tear is just not worth the trouble had she been caught and disgraced. Na wa |
sod09:Sorry, what's this pls? Are they film titles? Lol @ search for what's not lost. Someone should give me Blair witch project oooo! |
MJBOLT:Gosh I have been searching for the Blair witch project o. I hear it also has a sequel. How true is this? @ topic, horror is my genre of choice and I have seen over 100 films. I prefer ghost stories and stories on exorcism / demon possession to slashers. I can't stand zombie films or vampire films. But I did line World War Z. That said - The Grudge, a haunting in Salem, a haunting in connecticut, sinister 1 and 2, the omen, annabelle, the conjuring (1 and 2), insidious trilogy, Paranormal Activity series, Rosemary's Baby, Mama, Cabin the woods, Wicker Man, The last House on the Left, It follows and Excorsim of Emily Rose will remain my faves. I keep rewatching them. ![]() sod09 if you like Friend Request, u will enjoy Unfriended. |
Chapecoense let me add these: 1. There is always a group of teens or 20 somethings going on a trip to some deserted place for the weekend. And yes, they start getting killed one by one in the film. Like why can't people just enjoy their weekends in the city? 2. Regarding number 1 above, the black man in the group always gets to die first ![]() 3. So the killer is with the last man standing yeah, Oya kill am once and for all. No, he stands with his weapon and starts telling the main actor his life story, why he is kills people, what he had for breakfast blah blah blah...and then of course the actor uses that time to finish the killer off 4. All vehicles never start, all cell phones never have service, all doors are always locked, there is never electricity, it always rains heavily at the end, most girls must wear skimpy clothing or show some form of UnCloth in d film, the creature killing them doesn't exist in any biology textbook ![]() 5. In all Excorsim films the possessed person is usually cleansed but then the demon enters the body of another unsuspecting innocent person...and then the film ends 6. Only girls scream in horror films. Yet u need to hear my former 30 something year old neighbour scream his head off when he encounters a rat at the backyard! |
benueguy:Calm down na. Of course it's not real money. It will be synthetic in order to allow for it to be sewn. ![]() |
Smellymouth:Goat! ![]() |
Op I quite disagree with you here. Although a highly localised case, my first job post NYSC was with a foremost management consulting company and it was clear that private university graduates ruled! Especially in terms of computer proficiency and business writing. In my second job, snr Mgt was very clear they preferred graduates from private universities. I also completely disagree with you on your point about facilities. In public universities? Please! Even schools one should respect like OAU, UI, UNN and Unilag have dilapidated facilities - for learning and leisure respectively. Unilorin even tries small. #TeamPrivateUni! |
Smellymouth:It's going great. Happy holidays to you brother! |

Raiders:I heard they later settled out of court and she paid the family something. Dunno how true that is. |
As I read the contents of the thread, my nominee was evident. Smellymouth of course! |
pembisco:Doesn't "look like" a real suicide bomber? Pray, if the soldier in question hadn't been vigilant and nabbed her when he did but the bombs had gone off and killed innocent citizens, would that have made her look not so innocent in your eyes? Afterall she had aa chance to walk towards a military personnel in tears and let them know what she was carrying so she could avert the disaster (as 2 other ladies have done in the past). She didn't choose that option sir. She is neither innocent nor does she look the picture of innocence. #My view |
