Many thanks for the information.

I am applying for Fall 2021. Will get my transcripts when Schools reopen. Kindly through more light on the bolded. Can I collect the transcripts from the two universities sealed and send together through Courier. Will that still be considered as official?

Appreciate your response

Hi.. you know I can’t give you firsthand info right?? But I think it should come from the issuing institution. Contact the school of graduate studies

The thing is there are some required courses which you should have... after your application online.. your school will send your transcript, degree certificate and letter stating studied in English.. you can put them together in one envelope.. if your degree is clearly stated on your transcript you don’t have to send a copy of your degree certificate.. in my case it wasn’t clearly stated. Note the documents should all come from your school. That’s what makes it official.. I think you can use unofficial documents for now, because of this covid - 19 issue. In addition, you need two referees, one from your school and the other from where you work.. and they have to make use of their official email. Admission to the program is for September intake only.. check the program website.. I’ll be here to answer any questions if you need me too.

I suggest you send a mail to the school of graduate studies, tell them you haven’t been able to reach your supposed referee and you have someone who is willing and ready to fill the gap for you.

You don't need to print and sign any of the IMM forms when applying via the online route. You're only required to fill the right information, date the forms, and upload them into their various columns.

Note - After successful uploading of documents into their various platforms, you will be prompted to use your full name as written on your passport to electronically sign the application and transmit the document to IRCC for due visa processing.

@Vokay91, please be properly guided!

It will end in praise
Thank you sir

Just write your name and click the validate button for the others.

Please do. These things go into your record with them. You don’t know when any of your half siblings may need your name to file something. Or even you may need your half siblings for whatever purpose. These people keep very good records. It’s always best to give them the most accurate information we can
The space provided is only seven, please what do I do since I have 2 brothers and 6 step siblings? Thank you

The family information form does not have the validate option. And there are certain areas where they say you have to sign e.g if you have no kids there’s a portion of the form where you sign a declaration that you don’t have any kids. I suggest you print only this particular form and sign then scan it back.
Thanks for your response.. the other Imm forms how do I sign them.. am i expected to write my name as signature or print too? Thank you

You don't need to physically sign the form, all you need to do is write your full name according to how it's on your int passport. My 2kobo is fill the name of your own mum,dad and siblings.
Thank you so much I appreciate

I think if you can provide copy of your original birth certificate which shows your dad's name as your biological father will work. If you can show copy of your father's birth certificate and a sworn affidavit confirming what you have explained, I think you would have jumped over this particular hurdle.

Wow congratulations on your admission. What course are you going for? Is it undergraduate or Masters or PhD? Cheers. [qquote author=Vokay91 post=87078077]Hello everyone, Masters in Employment Relations.

Firstly I would like to appreciate this platform and everyone who’s actively involved for all they do.

I have been gathering notes from this platform for some weeks now and they’ve been really insightful.

Please I have a challenge and I haven’t really seen people talk about it.

My dad and I bare different surnames.. I bare his grandfather name while he bares his grandfather’s. I have just been granted admission to MUN and I intend to use my dad as my sponsor for my visa application. I am confused, I don’t know how to prove he is my dad.. or am I just worrying myself for nothing ?

Please I need advice on this .
Thanks

Yeah it is .. However, I sincerely appreciate your response

This is kinda confusing cos am wondering the history of how all that happened.. well. I will advise, you and your dad need to write and sign an official affidavit stating your dad is your dad, explaining explicitly why the different surnames..if he has a pic of wen u were still a baby or young.. that can be attached.... also in your dad's letter of sponsorship, he needs to state that as well..[/quote]
