When something made in Nigeria costs almost twice what it does elsewhere and that thing is a staple needed by everybody then there is no sense in continuing to manufacture it.

No businessman in Nigerian history has gotten the type of benefits Dangote has. Tax breaks, govt supported monopoly, part of the Apapa Wharf is ceded to Dangote etc.

So if he cannot use these advantages coupled with technology to give us cheap cement...he should close down and allow importation.
