I refuse to believe that Madara died in the battle with the first hokage. Everyone was quick to dismiss the old madara as the fake one because he seemed too weak and the known madara seemed more likely because of the promise of full strength. We know madara is resilient, not someone who would die just like that and he already said that his chakra which is reputed to be strong and foul would not let him die. So i don't think one battle would have killed him,

it's unlikely that Izuna would disguise himself as Madara, because he has his own pride. The Madara that was resurrected looked like he was before he fought the first hokage and during that time he did not wear a mask i think he wore the Mask to hide his identity after everyone thought he died after the battle.

True, there's no record of him wearing a mask during his battle with the Shodai Hokage. I'd love to agree with you on the Izuna theory. . Izuna could've willingly given Madara his eyes to achieve his ambition, since he was Uchiha leader at the time. I know it is on record that Izuna still fought, without his eyes and died. . .here's the catch, did Izuna REALLY die? or was he somehow found by someone, saved and given a MS, it wouldn't be hard for him to wield it since he and Madara awakened their MS almost the same time, then he resumes the role of his brother Madara OR did he fake his own death

Theory 2: Izuna and Madara were well respected by their clan, Madara takes his brothers eyes. .gains the EMS*, fights the 1st with the tailed beast, gets beat up and dies (as we all know now), his "blind" brother on the other hand, who's presumed dead. . .allow me to quote a post from a site

The above, if you ask me. .sorta makes alot of sense, but then, Kishimoto holds all the. aces at this point.

Nah. Kishimoto doesn't just bring any ordinary characters into the series, it would seem just too convenient. Doesn't seem like his style.

Exactly. Pain with his Rinnegan would have known. Itachi would not have been fooled, Even Kakashi met Tobi and didn't recognise him as some sort of clone. Besides when the original dies, the clones disperse

There will be many speculations about the cut off mark but there is no way to know for sure. Someone said that last year the cut off was 65 for elect elect engineering but some one with 51 got admitted to study the course and this year some one with 54 got admitte to study the same course

If you Got below 50 or you know anyone who Got below 50 you will not get admission. No one who got Less than 200 wrote the Post UME so you can see how serious Uniben is when it comes to such issues

Another theory when Kabuto summoned the 6th coffin. Tobi said madman where do you get that@mangareader,but it was translated as how did you do this@mangastream then kabuto said dnt worry i haven't told a soul. But remember that Tobi said if i fight them now all the 6 coffins including madara's own" it would only weaken me.!? So i'm thinking maybe tobi is another greater evil guy.

1. That comment from the young madara meant that he was alive when nagato was young and died shortly after, which meant that something happened around that period.
The other Madara claimed that he helped form the Akatsuki which makes sense since he was able to manipulate pain who was the current leader at that time.
2. I don't believe Old Madara is young madara's clone but i believe that young madara is old madara's clone. Just like part of the nine tails power can be recreated from him chakra i believe that that's what happened or perhaps the DNA used to resurrect him was from when he was young but that raises questions as to how Kabuto could acquire it,
3. When someone is resurrected with the Edo Tensei, the person takes the same appearance he/she did when he/she died. Now young madara looked like he did when he fought the first hokage and yet he knew about nagato who was born shortly before the second world war and had discovered his rinnegan during the second great shinobi war, we know that madara ages as evidenced from old madara but how can we explain young madara's youthful look.
4. I believe Itachi said that old madara was a shadow of his former self because it's well known( i believe old madara said it himself) that the battle with the first hokage had weakened him. And old madara was unhappy with the fact that nagato had used the resurrection jutsu on the villages rather than him because perhaps he wanted to use it as a fail safe in case he died.
Please Mina(everyone) lets call him old madara instead of tobi or the masked guy out of respect for him giving us quality villain entertainment all this while besides i have a feeling he will pull his mask in the next manga

i tink we should start viewing the two as different individuals all wat we know about madara is based on d masked guy so we can't say dey want d same tin as 4 jutsu i tink we hav only seen d masked guy use only izanagi and d time space jutsu.

The Madara we know is more knowledgeable than the madara that was just resurrected. We may not know what they want as for jutsu since we don't know when madara had the thought(i still think the resurrected madara is still just from another time). But all the things that the masked madara knows, the knowledge, the jutsu and the influence in the events of history, Only Madara would know to Fear his younger self but that was before he had the Rinnegan besides why didn't Kabuto just use the younger Madara to take out the older one? Even though we know Kabuto needed the older madara but he can reason that "still he can use the younger one for anything the older one can do can't he?"

I can't believe Madara is now being Called the Masked Guy.
If Edo Tensei resurrects only those who have died and Madara is immortal Then who killed madara and when. And how come the guy behind the Mask is able to do Madara's techniques after all Sharingan techniques are not exactly copyable. Besides this person behind the mask has shown the same drives and motives that the real madara should have and i don't think Madara would give up by dying,
I propose a hypothesis. That they are both madara but from different times. The one with the rinnegan is the real one while Kabuto found a means to resurrect madara from when he was young,
