Coming after the violence that erupted in Aba yesterday, and the invasion of IPO leader, Nnamdi Kanu’s home by the Nigerian army, a video has surfaced online, showing IPOB security operatives eating jollof, fried rice and chicken, served them by the Nigerian soldiers!

The IPOB members were seen seated on the bare floor eating the food with much concentration, leading to social media users calling them “hungry stricken sect”.

Someone even commented ” When u realize that nobody says no to food ” LOL.. Another ”

You said police. However, the army is not a crime prevention unit. The Army is not going to go out to face the civil populace in America or Germany because that is not their constitutional duty, not even in Nigeria.

The only time the Army comes out is if there is civil unrest that is too much for the police to handle. Umuahia where tbis happend was peacful and quiet, what then was the mission if the Army to Kanu's home?

The Army broke its own code of conduct by deploying themselves where they should not be. There is no way that the Army could be passing through abd IPOB will go and attack an armed group, something they have never done.

But we know that the stiry is that they came for Kanu and when IPOB enquired why, which they have the right to do, the Army opened fire and shot someone in the leg which provoked IPOB to pelt them

The army was carrying out routine exercise to better equip its men, Abia is not the only state such has been done, why are ipobs making it a big deal? Why block/hinder or confront them, who gave ipobs right to decide whr is suitable for such?

There was dz story whr Us troops came in contact with a terrorist gathering with live exchange of fire. The troops had to find their way to base when over powered. Fast forward d next day, news filtered every claiming d gathering was peaceful, d bodies were well doctored with no trace of guns. The only thing the world saw on TV was pictures of dead people killed by the Soldiers and everyone called for their heads in return.

My point? I am nt in support of d killings, bt there are always two sides of a story. Pictures tells more dan meets d eye, soldiers have a strong nd strict chain of command, they don't go around pulling triggers for d fun of it dat I know
