Thanks for the comment. Talking about Nigerian food, Avocado pear that you mentioned is everywhere in the markets. The same thing with pumpkin and other fruits...so if few Nigerians eat fruits everyday, then it does not make them Non-Nigerian foods. The more people become aware of good healthy living and eating habits, the more we will have them as part of our daily routines and everyday meals.

So focus on whether you are eating right or not and know where All the Nigerian foods you mentioned are categorized - Carbs, Proteins, Fruits, Vegetables or fats etc.

I am not an orobo but I want to burn small thigh fat, my problem is if u want to advise nigerians on weight loss give us tips alongside our nigerian food.we eat 99% carbohydrate ranging from rice,yam,eba,fufu,indomie,spag,and beans,unripe or ripe plantain.few eat fruits everyday or pumpkin.few are aware that the dreaded avocado pear helps burn fat.thank u sha,all the same narrow it down to the naija food.
