Politics / Re: Yar'adua Interviewed By BBC: He's Alive Afterall! by walaty(m): 8:26am On Jan 12, 2010
first n foremost i think when people want to talk and discuss they should remove sentiments from their minds n face reality.

as a human, i'm sorry and feel deep pain for the yar'adua family.
but as a rightful thinking human, i think what they are giving us is bullcrap.

are any of you doctors or do you know any doctors? i think you should ask them the characteristics of yar'adua's ailment. n by d way, he was flown out of nigeria unconscious.

i sincerely doubt it was the president that spoke to bbc

Religion / Re: Man Insists On Preaching The Gospel On British Airways Flight by walaty(m): 6:01am On Oct 27, 2009
personally to me, i think preaching in public places is wrong.
the preacher doesnt know how the people are feeling and what mood they are in.
a man got arrested in america for preaching on a bus. a passenger called the cops and told them someone was causing hysteria.
i think the preacher got less than he deserved.
Politics / Re: Australian Company Sabotaging Nigerian Mint by walaty(m): 5:38pm On Oct 26, 2009
hmmmm, i wonder why all the noise over this issue.
to me personally, SABOTAGE is not a new game to the nigerian government.
look around you, the power sector is sabotaged so some people can make money from the importation of generators and on the sale of fuel. u cant run a generator without fuel.
the oil sector (refineries) have been sabotaged so some people can make money on export of crude and import of refined fuel. many of these people have refineries outside nigeria.
sabotage is not a new game n people in power will continue to do it out of greed except the orientation of OUR country changes for the better.
Crime / Re: A Black Man Eaten By Thai People by walaty(m): 5:09pm On Oct 26, 2009
hey guys, don't believe everything you see.
those guys werent cannibals.
cannibals dont wear lab coats with inscriptions on them.
also, there was no where in the pictures where it showed the people as or suggested they were cannibals.

pictures can be very deceiving.
it was actually a bone clensing ritual in a cemetary.
check pattayapeople.com for what happened.

someone just released the pictures and twisted the story.

Nairaland / General / Re: When Will Nigerians Wake Up? by walaty(m): 6:30pm On Dec 10, 2006
really oracle? since when have we started to stop these people from winning the elections? even baba iyabo that is there now, i wonder the people who voted him in. the thing is we need leaders from the younger generation with brighter ideas. i believe we can start by presnting young candidates, then we give them and show them full support and we stop collecying money from the old fools
Nairaland / General / Re: When Will Nigerians Wake Up? by walaty(m): 7:18pm On Dec 05, 2006
Eurphoria i see reason with you that we are too laidback. we should wake up and be ready to fight for what is rightfully ours. we should not allow these people take us for a ride all the time
Nairaland / General / When Will Nigerians Wake Up? by walaty(m): 11:17am On Dec 04, 2006
my people, another election is at hand. when you look at all those coming out to contest, you see that they are people who have contributed to the donfall of our beautiful and blessed nation. i saw a poster of atiku which says tested and trusted. hmmmm, i wonder when he was tested and if he can ever be trsusted. my people, when do we wake up from our slumber and start to resist these old cargoes. when will we start having genuine people to lead us?
Health / Re: AIDS: Biological Or Man Made? by walaty(m): 9:02am On Nov 27, 2006

Music/Radio / Re: Nigerian Artistes And Poor Live Performances by walaty(m): 9:25am On Nov 24, 2006
thank you jare christino. butthe problem is still with us. we give this people the chance. artistes and actors/producers in nigeria dish out nonsense, but we go ahead to buy these things and so they dish out more nonsense. how can you be having a live performance and be lip syncing?
Health / Re: AIDS: Biological Or Man Made? by walaty(m): 9:16am On Nov 24, 2006
what ever you say saintsam. but i dont agree the white man is wiser. the white only lures our girls with money and dat is due to poverty and not illetracy
