allowing your battery to drain this much before recharging it will shorten the life span. #justsaying

what BlackBerry link tells you is a function of your internet connection...if your device is not branded, you can remove your sim, connect to a wifi and check for update again. you should get a notification that a higher OS is available

the choice to upgrade is yours but don't complain if something doesn't work as well as you want later

yes you can restore the data. make sure you have updated the z30 to the same or higher OS version as the one on the z10

that's strange...remove your sim, connect to a wifi and check for update again

10.3.2.xxxx is the latest OS for all BlackBerry 10 devices. If you don't have it, it's either your device is branded or you bought from a region that's yet to be migrated

go to protect.blackberry.com, under "My Device", you will see "FLAG AS STOLEN" on the list of commands BUT use that command as a last resort!!!!

you will see other commands like "view location", "lock device" etc, make sure that you have full access to the device from the website by trying out those commands

if you choose to flag the device as stolen, the attached picture is what you will see and you will not be able to control the device from the website anymore

lol...take your pictures using 1:1 aspect ratio in the camera app and there will be no crop when you use the picture as dp

If u have a branded device, you cannot get an official higher than what the network has pushed.

You can install an autoloader though

You don't need to worry, with 10.3.2, ur BlackBerry ID and password is the only way to gain access to the device. You can go to protect.blackberry.com to flag the device as stolen

You can set a device lock on the phone and send messages to the phone.

If u don't see it active that's because the people who stole it have not used it

BlackBerry need to keep improving their android runtime, attempted running the recent BBM for android on 10.3.1.1779 but it force-closes, even downloaded the oldest available version online but still wouldn't work.

Bbm is a BlackBerry native and integral app, why would you want to run the android version on a BlackBerry device?

If you didn't have 10.3.2 installed before the device was stolen, there's not a lot you can do once the 'new owner' wipes the device

With 10.3.2 OS however, you can lock down your stolen BlackBerry device if it's ever stolen

i dont think the H is your problem...the problem is probably that your device is unable to access blackberry services...do you see the BB logo beside the H?

if your H has the BB logo beside it then your device will be faster than if it was 3G

u can only add an office mail if your office email admin has enabled your email account for mobile use

am on 10.3.1... it started since d update, d phone is close to a year nw, let's say a year and @times it will behave normalbt once I restart it, na anoda wahala

update to the latest OS available for the phone and see if it helps...the Q10's battery is removable so if you have a friend who uses the Q10 you can test the device with their battery to see if the problem of overheating still occurs

bb passport misbehaving, started with camera n flashlite not working, giving camera is in use by another application, media files wudnt play and chat notifications emited a high pitched siren noise, tried connecting it to pc....got a usb device malfunction error from abt 3 pcs i tried it. did a security wipe hoping it wud solve the problem it didnt.
now today phone refuses to boot, and the red led light is on when plugged to charge or pc usb.....n still not recognized by pc...

you have to provide a bit more info...what OS are you on? when did the issues start? how long have u had the device etc
