Hybrid600: You may have to kiss the phone goodbye. Your BBID and password is the only sure way of retrieving your pin since you don't have your phone box anymore. your BBID can be attached to a BB10 device and an android device....if you go to protect.blackberry.com, log in with the BBID and password, you should see your blackberry 10 device |

What OS version did you have installed before the device was stolen? if you have updated to 10.3.2, then you're in luck because whoever stole your phone cannot use it 2. do you still remember your BBID and password? you can log on to BB Protect website to view where your phone is |

this error simply means your device is not accessing data...answer the following
1. do you have a data subscription? 2. do you have the right APN set for your data subscription and your network? 3. is your device branded to any network? |

@zsch, sorry about what you're going through but it seems you have been scammed by affordables. a new phone doesn't behave like that. the problem is most definitely NOT a software problem |

ollah1: Tizen is still in its early phase and the phone running on it is budget. Samsung provided a method that allows it to run android apps, out of the box or not(dunno). But do you think bb would have added android runtime if it wasn't for lack of apps? So many users wouldn't even have a bb10 if bb didn't include this method in it's os.
I don't think it's official but the name is insta10 Modified the problem i have with your post is the incoherence BB10 was available for close to a year before android runtime was introduced to bring android apps to BB10 to add to the 250k-300k BB10 native apps available at the time. more than 700k and probably more of the 1billion android apps can be installed on BB10 Windows mobile has just over 300,000 apps and no one is shouting death to microsoft Insta10 is a native BB10 app not a tizen app |

siegfried99: Mr walcom
Mr reaky
What's the 'catch ' with 10.3.2...I'm not sure but I heard something about locking id or something? what you heard are 1. once you update to 10.3.2, you cannot downgrade to a lower OS 2. once you log in with a BBID and password to a BB10 device running OS 10.3.2 and above for the very first time, you have to use the same BBID/password combination to free that device. wiping the phone will not allow another person to log in to the device. the advantage of that is that your BB10 will be useless to a thief.if the thief wipes it and sells it to an unsuspecting buyer, that buyer will never be able to associate that device with their own BBID |

lordmayor4: It's already on its way... And BlackBerry has been on android Really? Seriously? Are u like the only one who doesn't know that's the android runtime that allows you to install android apps on a BlackBerry 10 And no, blackberry has not been on android...android runs as an app on BlackBerry 10 because the OS is bada$$ enough to run another OS which is something no other mobile OS has been able to replicate |

just look for another autoloader to load. if the OS version on the autoloader is the very latest 10.3.2, try getting an older version, maybe a 10.3.1 OS and see if that helps
read the documentation that comes with any autoloader. most times Q5 and Q10 come in the same package but not a must and not always so, dont just assume |

Goodnuel: Sometimes, it's about the network and browser you are using. When I used Glo and airtel, I faced same thing downloading with my native browser and Firefox. That time, I used uc mini and dolphin browser to download.
Now, I use Etisalat, I download with all the browsers. Be careful so you don't mislead people....the behavior of the browser's downloader has nothing to do with the network....absolutely nothing |
