I'm aware of delay in payments for offline investors. Any online (I don bold online o) investor due Yesterday (or recently) and yet to see the ROI reflect in their balance online? Just want to know if It's a special case for me or I'm not alone. Thanks

Great!, just ensure your money is invested by ensuring it's showing under "Total Invested" and not "Balance" to avoid story that touch! I mistakenly left my money in limbo for 13 days

Yes o, the gods are punishing him . His case is just special coz he had some pending uninvested amount in his wallet and wanted to withdraw that along with his monthly ROI. Online MBA procedures prolly didn't make provision, they should take care of such edge case going forward.

The online team really needs to sit-up. They are giving MBA a bad name. They barely answer calls.
I don't know why the guy case has dragged this long but they should have at least sent him a mail or something. It is really disheartning not hearing anything on your pending issues.
To the BM of online team; CALL YOUR TEAM TO ORDER (or give them some strokes of the cane. )

just be sure u used the proper website and u were not scammed by online scammer.

Something is wrong with your investment either u invested wrongly or u are a disguised MBA hater

Wrong advice, keep calling the customer care (at least from my experience). try using different phone numbers. All the best!

I can honestly feel what you go through right now.
If you had stake the money on 2 odds or you trade forex and the money went left ..it’s still understandable
But being alive and your money is hanging somewhere without getting a clue of having it back is a very big heart attack..

Y'll are so much ignorant. your money isn't saved at any MBA branch. the trading doesn't even happen here in Nigeria. the reasons physical branches might not be able to help much with online investments is because they don't even have access to it, it's being handled by the online team without a physical office (IMO). yeah, that can be improved, but that's the status quo for now.

You are prolly not dialing the number correctly, I experienced same. remove any international code prefixing the number. it should start with 070

MBA online support is good! but they can definitely do better especially when it comes to replying emails. consistent phone calls might help you resolve any online issue faster than mails.

How was your withdrawal experience,hope it was smooth? Besides have u ever initiated a withdrawal during non working days/weekend and it was successful?

My two online withdrawals so far were online and on a weekend, so weekend doesn't matter.

Lest I forget, Alert entered yesterday!!!


TIP: if you invested online, just login to your dashboard on your ROI due date as early as possible and withdraw as desired instead of waiting for MBA to credit your bank account.

There should be an "Dislike/Thumbs Down" button, I could really use one on this comment already. You are only pained coz you don't have such funds to invest. There is a thin line between being smart and rubbing the system.

You can't tell investors they can top up monthly within 1st to 11th month, and then refuse to top up for them after they invest!!!

That development can be protested!

I think y'll missing something here. IMO, one may not be able to top-up on their existing investments(6 months) anymore, but the new plan (12 months Smart Fund) gives room for top-up just like the current plan (6 months). the only difference is the extension of contract duration from 6 months to 12 months, which is cool!

Thanks for writing to us, Kindly note that multiple accounts are not allowed.However you can Top up to an existing investment but top up has to be made within 7 days after receiving your ROI.


PS: I feel like my question wasn't answered, wasn't looking to open multiple accounts rather multiple investments on same account
