You don't need to redo iepts if you get nomination. Nomination automatically adds 600 marks to your express entry profile. Do you get ? I don't think you understand this nomination thing. If you can pm me.

IMO, you can only claim work experience from the date your certificate was issued/awarded. Hence, you cannot claim the work experience before November 2012.

The requested document is your IELTS result (TRF).

Your NYSC certificate is not necessary. If you claimed points for your NYSC work experience, what you would need to submit is the reference letter from the organisation.

If you lost your birth certificate. Just go to National Population Commission in whatever State you are in Nigeria and they'll do an attestation of birth for you. It is widely accepted in all embassies.

If you apply (LAA) and its granted you'll have 600 points so changing ielts score isn't too necessary.
However, before then, i believe you can edit your profile with things like IELTS.
As for company, do you mean change the name of your employer? If yes, then that's not possible.
Already you've said you've worked with xyz for 123 no. of years, how then can you change the company again.
Look if this is because your employers wont give you reference letter, i'll say search this thread. Part 3 precisely, people have explained what they did when they couldnt get reference letter from their employers.
