It's true he needs crazy funding to do anything. What is the probability that they won't chop the money when they receive from FG?
It's true that everything he said about satellites is lies. Go ask Borofice. We have no functioning satellite. They have no surveillance system, no base station. A military jet crashed in the north (within our borders) and they couldn't find it. Sambisa forest is there and soka. They can't monitor their movement right? Yet soldiers are ambushed.
Common toy drones, they don't have.
We need another colonization.
Suggest another solution. Maybe China this time around

Romance › Re: Xenophobia: South African Lady Speaks, Blasts Their Men, Hails Nigerian Men by Walehelt(m): 11:25am On Sep 07, 2019 |
grandstar: As much as anyone would want to put down black South Africans, we need to walk a mile in their shoes.
Apartheid was an extremely cruel policy and it's racial policy of segregation crushed the blacks and was designed to leave them at the very bottom of society.
These were as many as 13 passes a black man needed in the days of Apartheid. He couldn't even leave his homeland for the city without a pass. If he had finished for the day and wanted to head for the townships(black ghetto land), he needed a pass from his employer.
Racism actually existed before Apartheid made it official. One of the reasons why the Boers took land from the blacks was to impoverish them to the point they'll have no choice but to work for the whites. Not only to work for the Whites, but at a pittance.
The blacks in Apartheid South Africa were destitute and despondent. Joblessness was rife and many turned to booze for succour. They Boers called the Blacks Bantu and their language Afrikaans. They considered themselves the true Africans and Blacks as tolerated trespassers.
Apartheid wrecked the black man and family.
I remember when I was in Unilag. There were many Black South African students and look wretched. Nigerian students looked down on them. They looked pitiful and many drank a lot.
The coming of Black rule isn't enough to blank.out the effect of oppression that start gradually over 300 years with the landing of the Dutch in South Africa in the 17th century.
The ANC should have implemented radical economuc reforms upon assuming power. Rather, they chose to play safe
The best way of helping blacks would have through a education program and fast economic growth.
Fast economic growth is a job creating machine while an education program which focuses on greatly improving the quality of primary and secondary education, a technical skills and retraining program and more university places for everyone especially blacks.
Rather than that, the ANC introduced rigid Labour laws which made structural employment high. The economic growth also wasn't as fast at it should to create lots of jobs.
The quality of education couldn't be improved much as the teachers were under the unions and resisted change. University education remained expensive and,a massive increase in numbers did not happen.
I haven't proofread it. I'm tired now jare But they have a black president |

grandstar: You're correct there especially if you come in legally as a highly skilled worker. South Africa used to have shortage of highly skilled workers but don't know if it's still the same. If you come in that way, you'll be well paid.
I wish I was actually on ground to know more Those people are lazy, I even watched one video where a south African man was saying "they are driving big big cars around, where do see the money" |
Romance › Re: Xenophobia: South African Lady Speaks, Blasts Their Men, Hails Nigerian Men by Walehelt(m): 9:19am On Sep 07, 2019 |
grandstar: The primary problem is that they are languishing without jobs and also many foreigners are into crimes.
The primary reason why so many South Africans are unemployed is because the unemployment rate is high.
Are foreigners is cause of the high unemployment rate for South Africans? No. The prime reason is that South African have rigid labour laws.
Rigid labour laws make it expensive to hire workers.
Let me use Nigeria as an example. Imagine of the government ensured that the minimum wage of 30,000 was paid, how many people do you think will be unemployed? UJnemployment rate will increase
Let me go further. Imagine you hire a secretary 3 months ago noticed she has this nasty habit of smoking and talking anyhow to your clients. You want to sack her but the unions said you can't and that if it must go through , you must pay her a big severance. You decide to pay her off. You emply another secretary and she too has attitude and you have to pay her off. Will you be eager to hire a new one? Most likely not. In countries where it is tough to fire workers, employers are unwilling to hire.
In South Africa, the workers union negotiate with the big companies about the pay and other benefits and expect the small guy to meet those same terms. It is simply unrealistic.
The labour unions supported the ANC during Apartheid and that's why the unions have so much power. Many in the ANC realise that the labour unions are the reason why unemployment is high but for now, they remain sacred cows. But seems foreigners are making it big there |

CanadaOrBust: Nope. It’s all about WOMEN. Whatever u do to a man don’t take his woman. That’s also the root cause of racism - white women prefered the black man’s sexuality. That’s also why Igbos are left alone in Lagos - they don’t take Yoruba women from their men Hmmmm, deep gaaaan
