Why do you think each type will cost more?

Which do you think will make more rental income for the owner?

If you're renting, which would you love to live in?

We will be assuming that the land for building both houses is the same.

8 years ago, I admitted my son’s lesson teacher into my BQ as a co-tenant.
As I’ve shared here before, I don’t understand how to drag some issues with people especially landlord/tenant palava, so the chalet was given to him to use for free.

He got married there and gave birth to two lovely kids that I treat as my own.

In the process, my family had to travel and shut down our shopping mart and gave all the furniture to the young man to start a school which is now the biggest private school in my area.

Today, I’m not only proud I’m a landlord who has produced other landlords without collecting rents, utility bills or do the usual traditions.
I’m proud the young man made it. I’m happy my difference makes a difference in the life of a Nigerian.

If the people around you are not getting better then you need to evaluate your purpose in life.

I was robbed on Otedola bridge heading to secretariat on Oct 1st by some Bad boys around 7,30pm.

They collected everything including my ATM. But thank I quickly called my account officer to block my account.
