There are several similar jobs that require about one year’s in a technical college or vocational school for City & Guilds certification. How do we replace the Chinese imports rendering our youths jobless criminals

Are there such vocational institutes in Nigeria for secondary school leavers to attend because the way university education is going in Nigeria seems like an absolute waste of time to be honest.
