Guys, please i need advice on this issue o, I applied for Fall 2015, but due to delay in financial guarantee, I couldn't get the i-20. The Director for International Students Affairs asked me to write the admissions officers for a deferment till next term Spring 2016. She said once I have been confirmed for Spring 2016, she will mail the i-20 to me. I have followed her advise, but I never got any response. I have already sent about 3 email regarding deferment. Now I don't know my stand for Spring 2016 and i-20. I have been trying to be patient but I don't wanna die in silence. Please what do I do in this situation.

Don't b panic because they will get back to you since they just resumed and work should be hectic now.. Hopefully middle of September or ending you should get your i20

Visa appointment page, I-20, Sevis fee receipt, Visa payment receipt. Others are Admission Letter, Bank Statement, GRE or Toefl scores (could be unofficial score sheet), pay slip, resume, letter of sponsorship...etc.

That list u actually seeing is endless. You can however check using Google for the list of possible docs for F1 Visa. You'll find it there

Yes you can use current bank statement and it seems that someone answered you before..

A process for admission after submission of all documents usually takes 2 weeks and above but it depend on the school and the total number of applicants and people ahead the applicant

But those who defer usually come first before fresh applicants

If you are going for graduate studies then you can't go near community college..

Try and write GRE or GMAT if you want scholarship and it will help you on a long run

Stevecrun is the one paying for bills in that house and can decide on whom to accomodate and what he wants. His decision is final.

Today, someone wanted me to do something for him and billed him, he said the bill is relatively high and I told him to fucck off.

I expected your friend to kind of beg and promise to bring some food stuffs from Nigeria to him when coming as a way of subsiding and making him happy.

We're all matured here and sometimes, people may not have enough resources to help. Not that they do not want to help actually.

Things are hard everywhere. Having the mentality you get helped by someone is somehow a drawback in the sense that if you do not get helped, what happens next?

Furthermore, schools that demand for financial documentation are not crazy. They want to see your financial plans before releasing an I-20.

Let this issue end please.

We all have one problem or the other but I don't think people who want solution for his or her problem will be hiding it from people that he or she want them to solve his or her problem..
