Bros I order you to start that akara and akamu business immediately, ah! Shame ke! From the experience I got from my mothers akara business it's very lucrative. Take shame out and make your cool cash. Congratulations in advance
I wanted to start up a POS business with my savings of N65k, but the POS man that i consulted to assist me said i would need at least N150k to start up a POS business.
I've really been hustling everyday, doing hard works (especially on bulding sites), taking pain killer drugs on daily basis..
I don't think it will be easy for me to raised my savings up to that amount 'N150k' with the type of work that i do..
I wanted to travel to the city with my ND (National Diploma) result, so i can use it to look for work, I posted it here on nairaland, but 80% of the advice i got from this forum said it will be hard to see a paying job with ND result, while some said it is not even possible. So i couldn't travel again..
Now that my savings isn't enough to start up a POS business, i'm thinking of starting up a standard akara and akamu business and probably extend the business along the run..
As someone known by his people to have went to school, is the business worth the shame?
The woman is not wise, how? She's still the madam of the house as far as she's married to the senior son because very soon papa will die and the senior son takes over making you the most senior wife and immediately after papa dies the wife might as well leave the house for you guys. She should just calm down and be patient.
The lady in question is so confused on what to do.
Please advise her responsibly:

Good morning, I am married into a very wealthy home, my husband is the eldest child, they are four, 3 male and a female.
Last two years I got a nanny, she's 32 years, my husband is in charge of his father company, his father has houses everywhere around the world but he's leaving with us, because of loneliness, he lost his wife 12yrs ago and since then he refused to marry again, he's 65years old but still young, I have a supermarket, so my nanny cook and takes care of the home while I'm away, my nanny has been sleeping with my father in-law but I didn't know, March this year we found out she's pregnant and she said it was papa that was responsible, when I ask her how long she has been sleeping with him she said since last year.
I was shouting at her when my husband shut me up that I shouldn't talk to her like that, that she's not a child, my own house help! When my husband talk to his father about it, he said the girl, that is my nanny has been his companion that he wants to marry her, mogbe I said over my dead body, my own maid, instead of my husband to be on my side he said if marrying the girl will make his father Happy that he has his support, the house we are living is build by my father in-law, it's a duplex, Mummy as am writing you my husband and his brothers followed my father in-law to pay my nanny dowry, they came back yesterday.
I didn't go with the children because I can't Believe my father in-law stoop so low to marry my maid when there are other women out there, last night I was talking to my husband and he told me to stop referring her as my nanny that she's now Married to his father therefore I should be calling her "Aunty mi", and my kids who usually call her Aunty should start calling her "Mummy", and I asked him what will she be calling me, he said anything she likes.
I am just here crying, someone I brought into my home has now turned madam over me, what should I do, and I can't tell my husband to rent another apartment when he has a duplex, papa can't leave either because he want to be close to his son, how long can I take this, please I need advice. Thanks. Married for 10years.

greatbuc: Pure murder. The crime scene is very unrelated to suicide. The killers did a very poor job. Pointers: He was probably killed before his body was lifted to the noose.. See the folded part on his trouser indicating he was lifted. No stool or block to have giving him the height he needed to hang himself. How did he climb up to the noose?? If you say the hole in the walls then he should have been facing backwards and his foot should also be dusty and bruised. He is scared of dying from covid by wearing a mask but took his life by hanging? Haba. Poor job by the criminals.. Let them check how much was left for him to complete the instalment money.. Some people fit kill person so the bike will be theirs even when the instalment money is almost completed.
Clean one bro, well observed. Its a clear murdered case
Originalsly: In his eyes.... you are history. You went digging... how can you say you didn't expect to find dirt?... weren't you digging expecting to find something? Then you transformed to a digger... digging at every opportunity... and overreacting to your findings... no matter how small or innocent. Don't you think you were putting a strain on the relationship?...on the marriage? Some men can't stand drama and you are very dramatic... a drama queen. That's not what he bargained for... so basically... he's out. You seem to be the type who do not consider advice... but do things the way you see fit. Such people learn the hard way. Blame yourself for marrying someone because you were in love with him only. Younspilt the milk.... why be crying? My advice... get a mirror...look into it.
MANGAM: Its the nature of men to cheat and sleep around. The only thing a man sees in every woman is sex. The man loves with is peniss and the woman with her heart. God created us this way. It takes a lot of maturity and self control not to cheat as a man
You have spoken nothing but the truth which some women and some stupid and pretending men will never agree to.
MrAJQ: James Abraham, Jos Aformer Head of State , Gen . Abdulsalami Abubakar , on Friday in Jos , Plateau State , urged Nigerians to stop complaining about the present hardship in the country but instead vote out incompetent leaders during the 2019 elections .
Abubakar spoke at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru , during the 2018 Distinguished Annual Lecture for Senior Executive Course 40 participants , with the Vice - President , Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as Special Guest of Honour . Abubakar condemned the practice of vote- buying by politicians, insisting that it must be discouraged by all means.
He said , “ Every citizen has a duty . You must not sell your vote. You must register to vote .
“ Stop criticising the failures of government , go and vote them out if you think those voted are not doing their job .
“ We must all try to work on our nationhood through constitutional and policy framework . It is only in this way that we can ignite responsible leadership for the country.
“ It is through this approach that we can truly build national institutions that will enthrone justice and equity . ”
Speaking further , Abubakar described the 91 parties registered by the Independent National Electoral Commission as an “ unwholesome development. ”
He said that INEC was not helping the country’ s democracy by registering too many political parties as most of them were still regional in character and lack ideological inclinations .
He also called on the organisation to be transparent in its activities if it wished to engender confidence among Nigerians.

MrAJQ: DELAYED BUDGETS HINDER COMPLETION OF PROJECTS -PRESIDENT BUHARI
President Muhammadu Buhari Friday in Abuja said tardiness in passage of budgets by the National Assembly, sometimes lasting seven months, delay completion of projects across the country, urging more effort to speed up the process.
The President, who received a delegation of Eminent and Respected citizens of Niger State led by Lt. Gen. Garba Duba (Rtd) at the Presidential Villa, said the government’s achievements in ensuring better roads, rails, power and repositioning of the airports was in spite of the delays, praying for more understanding and commitment to infrastructural development.
“If the National Assembly takes seven months to pass a budget, then we should be commended for the much that we have achieved, and can still achieve.
“I personally feel very disappointed. I spoke with the leaders of the National Assembly on the issue that seven months is a long time to work on a budget,’’ he said.
The President said ongoing efforts to improve road, and rail networks across the country will be increased as infrastructural development remains paramount for improving the livelihood of Nigerians.
President Buhari told the delegation, which includes Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, military and traditional leaders, that his administration will pay more attention to the stretch of 2,150km federal roads in the state.
On security, he said, “we cannot manage our communities and societies without security. A lot of resources is being diverted to provide security instead of going into infrastructural development.’’
The President re-assured the delegation that his administration will stay focused on securing lives and property, fighting corruption and stimulating the economy for more progress.
President Buhari said the Minister of Agriculture and the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria had been directed to increase monetary supports, through loans, to farmers in the next farming season, and ensure that farmers are not overwhelmed with the traditional demand for collaterals.
“Traditional institutions and families can serve as guarantors because we cannot continue with that colonial style of asking for collaterals that people don’t have,’’ he added.
The President commended the Chinese government for accepting to finance 85 per cent of Nigeria’s infrastructural development need.
“I thank you so much for coming. It is a good morale booster for me and the country that a State will bring a strong delegation to show appreciation for our efforts,’’ he said.
In his remarks, the leader of the delegation, Lt. Gen. Duba, who is a former military governor, commended the President for the significant stride in repositioning of roads, rails and airports across the country.
He said Niger State still faced challenges of security along Jebba-Mokwa-Birnin Gwari-Kaduna roads, urging the President to reinforce surveillance on the routes and also direct more attention on the construction of federal roads in the state.
The Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, who is also the Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, commended the President for providing exemplary leadership for the country.
