Op my classmate and friend at the university is a classical case of what u are referring to. Right from our university days , this stingy guy know how to prey on rich girls or girls from wealthy homes. I remember when he visited me in dolphin estate after school, it took him one week to know all the pretty girls from wealthy homes. He gatecrashed theirs parties and would beg for my car to show off .He even suggested we go to bimbos singles and married program back then because they have a gathering of rich singles. He finally got married to the daughter of a former bank director in 2012. But the shocker he got after the wedding was that all that glitters are not gold since his father in law refused to release money for his business proposals to him. But through the wisdom of his wife, they built a house some where in ikorodu. Indeed, their are gold digger guys.

Wow, if its 2.8 billion naira, then its more than that because as at that time, naira had more value than dollars. Their was a panel sent to investigate the theft and an nta reporter lost her job when buhari took over.

In fact u look as clueless as Gej. Kudos to u but u failed to mention the massive looting under his care that made Nigeria one of the most corrupt nations in the world
What looting? Media looting u mean? APC has stopped working. Pls understand me, their was looting in his government just like any other in Nigeria. Under IBB 12 billion USD gulf wind fall disappeared over night and okigbo report tracked some of that money to bhbpariba of Paris as belonging to ibb. Infact its from there globacom money came from. Under buhari, 2.8 billion USD disappeared from nnpc account and was tracked to midland bank in UK . buharis anti corruption war is charade orchestrated against PDP. Tinubu, amaechi, elrufai are more corrupt than dasuki under trial . elrufai single handedly killed and looted Nitel with pentascope.

yeah, for all economic reasons...his administration was the worst if one has to consider that he was the only president who was in office when the oil price boomed!!!

second, you forgot, when u're the best, u can be the best for all the bad reasons...

u forgot CORRUPTION!
Why do u guys enjoy cheap lies ? Oil never sold at 150 USD per barrel under Jonathan's government. Besides APC governors led by amaechi and aregbe with fashola vehemently opposed money being kept in the excess crude account and sovereign wealth fund. They even went to court to stop the sovereign wealth fund from being established. Until we stop the blame game and find a way forward for Nigeria, Nigeria will hardly come out of this economic doldrums. A driven leadership finds solutions to problems not blame. In 2019, people will not ask abt oil price but about achievements of the present administration. Buhari should get his ass up and get working if he has any ideas on what to do.

From all indication, u don't have a stable source of income. U are a graduate yes but probably still living with Ur parents. If u must know, apart from love, a woman wants security and if u are really her man, u must strive to provide it. Put Ur self in her shoes, would u want someone that seem not to have any plan for the future and for over four years now has got no form of stability in his life? The woman in question is fed up and is in clear dilemma on weather to walk or stay and question is? Stay for what? Sometimes love is not enough. My advice , work on Ur self, start up something . it must not be a paid job before u make a headway. A distant relationship in Ur present situation is not what u need for now.

PoliticsRe: Dickson: I Can No Longer Borrow To Pay Salaries by warripekin(m): 11:38am On Feb 13, 2016
I get annoyed when I read stories like this. Bayelsa is a state with 8lga's and an oil producing state with huge monthly allocation, what is the work strength of the state civil service that such a small state will have a monthly wage bill of 4 billion naira? Anambra state with 21 LGA 's or their about increased wages and are not borrowing to pay, same for Enugu, and ebonyi states. I was mad when I heard delta states monthly wage bill is close to 8billion naira and the gGovernor is struggling to pay. In delta state for instance, it is obvious we have an over bloated civil service where most workers hardly go to work. The worst is even desopadec, I can count a good number of desopadec staff who do two jobs and u hardly see them in desopadec office except at month ends. These things show that , its hardly about money but about leadership. We have men and women who are in positions of authority with no clear agenda on how to provide credible, innovative leadership. It is very unfortunate.

Happened to me but I started seeing her more like a sister and the funniest part , I so much loved her kids like my own so I had to take them like my gods children. Both families got to know each other better. She is in Texas with her husband and I will visit them before June this year. Love is real but it must not be in a romantic way.My wife is still jealous when ever I talk about her. Please never u compare Ur husband to him , it never helps and the more open u keep it the better. Don't cheat on Ur husband emotionally. Keep it open and handle maturely
RomanceRe: My Fuel Attendant Girl Walk Out On Me by warripekin(m): 10:12am On Feb 12, 2016
Op, I read Ur first thread and from all indications, u are into this girl while she seem not to give a hoot about u. Well I have this to tell u. ,1. Women are smart and scheming when it comes to relationships. After the initial excitement, they usually size u up to see if u can meet their demands ( it could be emotional, financial, or call it security generally)
2. If after her assessment of u, and u seem not to strike a cord in the expected areas, she scrams.
3. Whatever it is, Ur body language and Ur presentation of who u are came out poorly on Ur first date. Ur first date is more like Ur interview, assessment date. Questions are asked and u being Ur best marketer, failed woefully.
4. My advice, stay away from her or if u must in insist on winning her over , then Ur approach must change. Like the Americans will say, no romance without finance. So be ready to invest a little on her( that's naija for u) . from what u said, she lacks a browsing fone , take a risk,( she has become Ur business) and buy her a cheap android fone if u can. When u do this, one of two things will happen, she collects , smiles and thanks u or she yells at u ( will likely never happen). Valentine is around the corner, make it a gift. Bear in mind u are only taking a business risk so don't spend more than u are willing to loose.
5. Finally, fix Ur jallopy like u said ,drive by with some hot broad, she must not be Ur bae( contract one of those u.I girls ) and make her sell u fuel while fake bae steps out from the car with effects to go buy water. She will likely get jealous and that will be Ur turning point.
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Nigeria Is Coming Apart At The Seams - Foreign Policy by warripekin(m): 10:39pm On Feb 09, 2016
The problem I have with Nigeria, is that some people are hell bent on keeping it one because it favours them as it were . it angers me when I see their minions rant here on nairaland but the truth is that Nigeria is not one and has never been. The wise thing to do, is to call for a sovereign national conference and let each entity that constitute Nigeria determine their fate . You can only build a viable nation on equity and fairness. If Nigeria must survive as a nation, we must work to carry everyone along not by will of force but by mutual agreement amongst the different entity that constitute Nigeria.

Pls, I don't argue. These are what I saw on the ground. That yuguda appointed a Yoruba man his Chief press Secretary has not added to Yoruba population there. Question is? If yorubas are that large in bauchi , how come u don't see them around so easily. At least I spent a week in bauchi and I traversed the entire state. From the emirs palace, to government house, zaranda hotel, to banks and even outside the walled part of bauchi that belongs mostly to indigenous Christians u will hardly see yorubas around. Where are they, what occupies them ? 170k Yoruba population in nasarawa state? Really? And they are not ubiquitous? And are not noted for any particular thing? From mararaba, to keffi, to aqwanga, nasarawa eggon, to lafia, you will not encounter up to 100 yorubas on the road or any of those communities but I am sure u will find igbos in their numbers. I know these places, my company did an extensive research work and projects in these environment in conjunction with UNICEF/undp. So I know what I am saying

Guy, unfortunately for you, your opinion isn't fact. The same Bauchi where you claim (in your experience) igbos are more than Yorubas in number, the former governor Yuguda made a Yorubaman his Chief Press Secretary

In Nasarawa a group of no more than 170,000 Yorubas based in the state endorsed the PDP governorship candidate

http://www.blueprint.ng/2014/04/14/yoruba-group-backs-nasarawa-pdp-candidate/

Host state governments officially recognize local yoruba communities you claim not to have come across. Now, you are entitled to your experiences but they're just YOUR experience and are in no way a true measure of the reality on ground.

Yorubas even have a monarch in Adamawa representing their community and interests:

lol. Guy, your "truth" is merely an opinion that isn't grounded in facts or empirical evidence. There is a Yoruba community head in every community in the North, including even your SE and SS. Personally I don't deal in assumptions but rather in facts. Official census data has settled it but you are free to believe otherwise of course. Or do your people not return to the SE during the census to help your numbers? cheesy If they don't and are undercounted as a result, whose fault is that? ? I repeat that your opinion has no basis in facts.
I don't believe there are more yorubas in the north than igbos. From my personal experience, I was able to traverse the entire north and I went from abuja to kano thru yo be to bauchi then jos. The Igboman as usual is everywhere. In kano, the whole of sabongeri, nomansland are dominated by igbos. Even kurna, France road, bompai, they are there. From my lodge in prince palace hotel in nasarawa, to Beirut where u find a lot of lebernese, Igbo are still there. Yorubas are kano especially Yoruba Moslems but they are not much and a lot of them have blended into the hausa community and majority are from kwara like I got to find out from my lawyer. In Bauchi, Igbo are ably present as usual in fact some of the cooks at the government house are Igbo. I met only one Yoruba deeper life pastor in bauchi. In jos, they are so much that an entire area in jos is known to belong to Igbo in fact my idoma driver speaks Igbo because he grew up there. Birom people will tell u, apart from hausas, the next largest settlers are Igbo, then idoma and tiv. Uhrobos in jos are even more than yorubas in population in jos. The same undp program, took me to Adamawa, nasarawa,Benue and taraba. And all these places, u have a large Igbo population and u can hardly see yorubas except corpers. In Kaduna, from kafanchan, penbeygwa, Zaria , to the entire southern Kaduna, Igbo are every where. Yorubas are in good number in kawu and northern Kaduna areas but they are mostly Moslems and many are in there third generation families.

What is the population of tivs in benue state nd d minorities in tarabahuh

Ijaw or kanuri are d real fourth
I believe ibibios, tivs and kanuris are likely the 4th largest ethnic group in Nigeria. In Benue state, tics control 2 senatorial zones overwhelmingly and u also find them in nasarawa states and taraba States. The ibibios are also in large numbers in cross river and akwaibom states.in born state, the kanuris are in large numbers but u also have the biu ethnic group who are mostly Christians and the shua Arabs . there is also a large Hausa community in these places. Like born like yobe.

u r nothing but a fool.
Itsekiri total population is not up to Burutu local government in Delta State.
IJAW and Itsekiri as well as Isoko are all in Delta South senatorial district. ask yo self how many local government does Itsekiri have on it's own? none. Out of the 8 local government areas know delta south, Ijaw has 4 1/2, dat is senator manager has been in the senate for 4 tenures now
Please mind Ur write up, ijaws have three LGAs in delta state in reality. Even burutu LGA is a tiny island LGA with not up to 1500 inhabitants. In fact burutu was made an LGA because of the burutu port and was a flagship port formally run by johnholts in the time past.bomadi LGA is another sparsely populated lga
. in warri south west LGA , of the abt 12 wards that make up the LGA, itsekiris control 8wards and even the four or so wards controlled by I jaws are tsekiri ancestral lands. From omadino, okereghigho, to ogbeijaw are itsekiri ancestral lands. Like some one said here, tsekiris are mores than ijaws in delta state.at least they are in warri south , warri north, warri south west, part of uhwie LGA ( ogbolokoso) and okpe LGA ( sapele). Ijaws can not be the 4th largest ethnic group in Nigeria, where u have the ibibios, tivs, kanuris etc. The uhrobo nation I believe is even more populous than ijaws. Though some ijaws may claim they are spread in over four states in Nigeria, but the truth of the matter is that the are only saying that to grab space and relevance. We must also note that bayelsa comprises only 8 lga s and they are not homogeneously ijaw. Ogbia LGA are not ijaws and u still find isoko people in sagbama LGA .Even in rivers, an opobo man will rather claim Igbo than ijaw, same goes for bonny ppl at least from my work experience in these environment.
