Why not? You need the National Assembly first before the UN except in the case of war, then the UN steps in fully, even Kanu said he has never seen where a people got their freedom peacefully (that was before kuje formatted his brain).

The message will be sent to NASS since every action even symbolic is never ignored by them. The Catalonia referendum was non binding as well but served to show to world they want out.
