The same way they only advice bike riders to wear helmets and not their passengers. It just doesn't make sense. Enforcing pple to wear seatbelts for me is somehow. It's like enforcing me to shut my doors or gate at night .
FRSC, just like many other fed govt agencies shld be scrapped. I will always maintain that they are a waste of tax payers money. History tells us there was none up till the time, the lagos march was made.
