Why is this even a debate among us?
Even if a hundred is given to nigeria, do any of you think you can afford to use or have access to one?
The high rich and mighty would take them home and about 10 would be given to hospitals for thise that can AFFORD IT.

As for the kind of snake, it could be a rat snake or forest cobra or a mamba ...
The info isn't giving enough details for it.. except an expact looks at it..

To know if its poisonous or not, you have to be cautious to get the mouth opened, if it has two long fangs at the top dropping down from a sack like bag.. that is definitely a poisonous snake .. if it has rather 2 row set of sharp teeth without the drop down fangs that usually retract to the top of its mouth, then its non poisonous and its definitely a rat snake ..
