An Indian wants to charge you for visa and interviews and not getting you a direct employment for $1,500 ie 5,500 dirhams. This can land you in UAE with change and start looking for a job yourself.
2. There are loads of online recruiting agencies(check previous pages you will see all of them)that you can register with and you can still get a job without paying them a dime,also check walk-in-interviews, you could be lucky.
However,like i will tell most people coming in for the first,don't come with high hopes of becoming a Manager.Just start first no matter how small and then with time you can become the CEO you have of dreaming of.

I'm an IT person, network severs and cloud certified in them, I studied in India, but I'm 1yr experience, I'm a graduate of electrical engineering, and want to move from here to UAE , I've got an agent who is charging $1500 for visa + interviews for jobs, he's indian.
I want to know if going with the agent is the best option, or trying to get a visit visa on my own and get there to find jobs. Coz that cash big

2. Are there any head hunters or recruiters one can register with? Probably when the package comes, he can have a % for a couple of months, and then we move on?

Just started Azure and O365 training, already have done CCIE (r&s) training, took the exams too, passed written..., done MCSA server 12, passed the exams, done AWS, yet to take the exams.
And i must say, if system admins don't update their knowledge to cloud computing, they might be out of jobs in a couple of years.

Good day house, I'm an IT person, looking for a job in the UAE, I was trained in programs in India, Server Administration, and Networking Routing and Switching, Cloud platform and virtualisation.
I'm also certified in those courses by relevant world bodies. I'm considering moving from India to UAE, please what assistance can I get as per

1: Job application; Can I get a headhunter or a vacant position from India here.

2: Visa application : What would I need and how much does visa processing cost?

Mehn I was vexed when I saw this, if you call India a 3rd world country? Then Nigeria is a 6th world country. Don't let media fool you, I have been to India, spent 3 years so don't bother to quote me trying to defend what you don't know.

And FYI, I almost cried the day I arrived MMIA.

If you know how Nigerians behave overseas and not just in India you will not defend any Nigerian. It is not just about India alone but most Nigerians in foreign countries are into criminal activities and that's why our image abroad is nothing to write home about.

We have Kenyans, people from south Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe of which some were my class mates, they are even scared of Nigerians.

98% of Nigerians in India has no business in India. They are all into fraud and drugs. They are there because of 24 hrs electricity, very very very cheap fibre broadband Internet which is unlimited, cheap food stuffs, good roads amongst other things.

Please don't go with the crowd India is light years ahead of Nigeria in EVERY aspect of life.

About CCIE trainings in Nigeria, i don't know of any place doing it, and i haven't researched on that, its kinda expensive to set up a taining centre in Nigeria.
To have the racks, constant Electricity and Cisco Certified Expert instructors in whatever track, is a bit difficult in Nigeria.

II must say, Cisco isn't cheap, on certifications, there are few shortcuts.
CCIE costs $2050
CCNA+CCNP costs $1225
CCIE has more value, but it's expensive and tough. I've just done trainings on CCNA, CCNP and CCIE.

CCNP exams will cover for it...

Its very expensive, so i do not have that much money for the both
besides the CCNP exam certification will override it, even if i do

If i get you correctly, you don't want to write th CCNA exam, but you want to write the CCNP exam.
Unfortunately, it doesnt work that way, you have to write CCNA to pursue the CCNP, and you only qualify to be CCNP certified if you have completed the CCNP exams (Switching, Routing & Tshoot), cost $3005 per module.

It is only the CCIE exam that does not need a prerequisite to qualify for the exam.

Materials are fully out for V3 and people have started taking the exams. Check Cisco website for more information

I agree, my point is few have gotten enough materials to teach ccna v3. most centers in one of the world's biggest IT hub (India).

New Horizon Adamasingba branch in Ibadan is a total waste of time, finance and energy. All they do is read to you in class and no practicals at all. They allow you use packet tracer on their system though but that's just all about it.

At a point I realized self-study and mentorship would have been the best for me.

Cost is N65,000

Won't advise my enemy to go there. And they teach V2 not V3 as at Oct 2016

What you should know about the ccna v3 is that books haven't come out based on the new syllabus, so teachers can't really teach some of the new topics (most training centers all over the world). However, you can do self study on some these topics, but trust me, until a Cisco official study guide come out or some dumps come out, we can't say for certain the actual scope of the new topics in version 3.
