my fear is dat I didn't include my (Maternal Uncle) sponsor's CAC documents coz his a business man.
but, I added my mum's(retired civil servant)retirement, pension & gratuity documents coz shez my Co sponsor..
Just Wana know if there's a chance of getting trv without cac documents.
I'm the last child out of six, and mum stated that others are graduates and works in different establishments. so, obviously & truly, I'm d only dependant.

Only CIC visa officers can only give you a correct answer to this question.
But to relax your mind, every application is unique. You have provided documents to serve as proof of funds, you should have added the c.a.c documents, but since u left it out, just be optimistic, your mum's document might just suffice as back up. The C.a.c proves your co-sponsor is doing a legitimate buisness, and thats where his/her funds come from. If The v.o is satisfied with what he sees(docs you submitted), he approves it. Nobody, on Nairaland, can tell you that because you didn't include c.a.c documents you won't get your TRV, some have gotten TRV's without attaching c.a.c documents.

Have you received approval mail?
It's highly unlikely you will be rejected after passport request, just go pick up your passport and share the good news with the house

U will need the medical form from CIC, your international passport, or print out of scanned data page(sent to you by CIC), qlife is 28k, you need two passports. I've not been to qlife so I can't give you directions. No you won't wait for d results, they send the result straight to CIC, but if it's upfront medicals(I dunno abt that). U should be thru within 3hrs max

Just wait for 1-3days, you would get your mail, unfortunately, there's an 80% possibility that, you have been denied. Collect your package, and share with the house for possible solutions and further advice.

But if you know the witnesses very well, you will know that to them, what they believe and are taught is that they are the only true worshippers of God on earth and every other religion is false and will perish when God's jugdment day comes.
Everything done in any other religion is wrong and false, that God personally direct their work and all that. And so, anyone that leaves their organisation has stopped worshipping God and can never please him. That the only way for such a person is for him /her to return to the Jehovah's Witnesses organisation.

Lmao, I'm a witness just so u know, I know yea, we witnesses can be self righteous at times(another witness will come and disown my posts), but the thing is I serve God with an open mind, I don't care what church, shrine or mosque you worship in, Jehovah blesses people, even non-witnesses(sad to say but it's a fact). The only reason I love the organisation is for their focus on personal study and meditation of the Bible, it's very rare in other religions today, and I believe that's what wins people over, the way of life too is simple, if u adhere to most, u will have a simple and happy life

10,000 religions also have their flaws and their followers accept and swallow without question too, all mankind religion has flaws, humans just choose the one they are comfortable with

Paul, get a life, you spend so much energy on witnesses, if u spend half as much energy you do in witnesses, on yourself, you'd be a very successful dude...I am a witness, yes I know they have flaws, but they are imperfect, just like any other religion...

Both IOM and qlife don't drag process, they are fast, but differ in price, IOM is 5k more expensive than Qlife.

You should get an answer from CIC soon, probably a v.o is looking at your application...did u do upfront meds or did they call you for meds

I got a mail yesterday (3:32pm) for medical examination and went to The Consultant Practice in Ikoyi to do the needful this morning. I paid #28,050 only for the exercise. Doctor said it will take about 1 week to send the result to CIC. So I'm back to my "patiently waiting mode". This afternoon I received another mail from CIC stating that my application has been updated and when I checked online I found that the medical section now reads 'We need your medical information'. I guess that was just an update to my application status based on the mail received yesterday.


I think paper application is fast for now, I met someone who applied (paper) April 19th and got medical mail May 3rd. Just my opinion anyway. I applied online on the 10th of March and 9 weeks later (yesterday) I got medical mail.

Well, while I won't say the paper route is fast yet, is simply because, most people have been called for meds, few have been approved! And some applied via paper and are yet to be called for meds in the same month of april...

On the CIC website, you should get the forms specific to applicants from Nigeria. The other forms you will fill are the vfs consent form, the study permit questionnaire, these forms would be given to you at the vfs office, as for the aspect of finance, the little I learnt from the CIC website, is that you must have your tuition +10,000CAD, and be able to show that you will have access to the money when needed.
