This is purely Elrufai orchestra. He is setting the pace for a breakdown of law and order. If there any such killings the people would have known except if it was planned and executed by the governor by himself. All killer herdsmen have remained in Zamfara, who else could have brought them back if not elrufai who knows them to their homes? |

alizma: politics is a game, in fact, a "rough" game that must be played within the law. I don't know if there is sinister motive behind Onnoghen's suspension but whether there is or not, the Buhari camp with the help of Onnoghen himself has played within the law. 1. the law that vested right on Buhari to appoint CJN also vested on him the right to suspend the same person and also the right to appoint another person to act in his capacity. go and read Nigerian Law interpretation act. 2. the suspended CJN by his position is not expected to be found wanting or claiming ignorant of certain portion of Nigerian law or declared himself not sound in mind(Forgetfullnes) 3. Onnoghen has a written acknowledgement, admitting that he is rightfully accused but sighted forgetfulness which is not recognize by law as excuse. 4. Before the politicians get you into shouting what you don't understand, Onnoghen has only been suspended not sacked
Now let's look outside the law 1. Assuming that Onnoghen is from Kaduna, Katsina or even Kogi and a case like this comes up and he admitted and Buhari decides to retain him, will Nigerians especially those from the East in particular give their support and praise to Buhari for keeping him? 2. finally before you criticize Buhari, remember the Kemi Adeosun's case. ignorant was not taken as excuse then why now. But its the NJC that recommends and appoints the most senior judge appointment. |
Politics › Re: We’ve Removed Names Of Underage Voters From Our List – INEC by wayitis: 10:35am On Jan 16, 2019 |
Racoon: Yet the APC-infested INEC was shamelessly denying the existence of registered under-aged voter on its database when the case in Kano was exposed sometime last year.
This is a more reason reasonable Nigerians should never trust any agency under the lying government. It's always difficult for liars to retrace their footsteps because they don't keep track of how much lies they have told. I don't believe a bit of what inec is saying. If truly they have removed underaged voters then how many were they, what happens to the PVC already in their possession? How were they identified? |

Ugonwaeze14: If buhari applied for his WAEC results, why is he hiding it? If Buhari did apply for the certificate himself he would have had to attach a photocopy of the original which never existed in the first place, so the only way to pull this scam of is for the people in waec Nigeria to just cook up one. This will absolve Buhari from any litigation because it isn't his own forgery but that of the waec people. Buhari is destroying even regional institutions now. |
Politics › Re: Pictures Of General Alkali Dead Body Found By The Nigerian Army by wayitis: 7:08pm On Oct 31, 2018 |
MexxIT: A lot doesn't add up to dis General's demise... Some ppl killed him buried him in a shallow grave, dug him up again and den disposed his body into a well? And to think dey haven't even verified to b sure about d body. D same investigation dat first pointed to a pond in d village and den a shallow grave and den a well?
Some of U are not only a problem to urselves but to others.. Was d body found in d water or d village ? All this is circumstantial evidence. It still doesn't prove the man was killed by the locals people. An independent investigation is needed to really expose what might have actually happened. |
