I understand how you feel, and can't judge you because I'm not in your shoes. Parents really need to do better when instilling discipline in children. There are some pains that never go away, and yours is one of them.

for no reason, my mother did same to me and worse wthese days are social media days or period. My mother did same to me when i was 10 in 1991. infact she used it to bath me from head down. before doing this, she naked me. Thr deep hatred i have for her now am a grown man with 2 kids is still there and she knows i remember it till date.
