Guyz please esp those that are new to trading... try to learn a lil about support and resistance... S/R is a strong factor that greatly affect the direction of market. By just using SR i can without any doubt tell you the direction of market. u could just use horitontal lines to get good SR regions(lines).... i used the word region so many of you will not think its a magic line... But the knowledge of SR really helped me when i was into manual trading...

How do u get this SR regions? U can do that by simply drawing a straight line in a way that about 3-5 candle stick are touching the line... Thats a fair or rather good SR region. But in other to get a nearly perfect SR region.... u need to do a simple calculation using the previous days OPEN, CLOSE, HIGH N LOW value

The result u will get from the calculation will help you draw a better SR region that will help u to know when to and when not to trade...

u can easily do those calculations using camarilla calculator... u can find it online.

While using the manual system what i do is that once price gets to this region and i am not sure of what to do i stay away from trading because whenever price gets to these regions 2 things happens... Its either it test the SR region and reverse or it breaks the region and continue towards that direction....

From these i can say that...
* If a bullish candle Hits a resistance line and closes below the line... there is high tendency that the next candle will be a bearish candle(i dont know if bearish candle is right..it doesnt sound good )
* If a bullish candle hits a resistance line and closes ablove the line... there is high tendency that the market will continue going through that direction for a long time....

* If a bearish can hits a support line and closes below it.... there is high tendency that the next candle stick will be bullish
* if a bearish can hits a support line and closes above it... there is high tendency that the market will continue that direction for a long long time....

I would have love to continue but i'm exhausted... i will try and upload practical examples.
I hope someone learnt from this lil tutorial...

Don't get Greedy and start thinking of compounded interest at this stage Withdraw your profits till you can manage emotion and see clearly remember what you see is what you get. Enough for today.

Guy, I'll advise u if ur system is really as good as u portray it to be, to fund ur account with @least $50 (even if na borrow u borrow am) and gradually raise it up to something substantial, u can risk a consistent 5% or 10% of ur account per trade.... and before u know it, ur $50 might just turn to $250 within one month, with proper money management and discipline

noriega: 30min is best but 1 and 4hrs keeps giving many falls signals. But i have a setting for 30min/1hr that has been working for years drop ur email and i would get it over to u.
