I would suggest he takes a one-on-one training where he would learn better, faster, and cheaper.

Youve said it all, but to add ill advise that we should not neglect what Nduaj said about FOCUS, focus is important especially when u do not apply it in the traditional way, ill advise we focus on all areas that relate to the field we are in : take for example webdesign, we could also harness income potentials from other similar sources such as:

Graphics design,webdevelopment, flash animations creation,advertising,printing, publishing etc.

On my part , apart from my regular contract jobs,i still get to do my own webdevelopment jobs and ive got a business center where we do digital passports,plastic id cards etc and soon i intend going into book publising.

bros its been a while, as always your posts are always enlightening as opposed to others who are always looking for avenues to cause strife and impose their ignorance and backwardness on others.

Outsourcing has made life real easy for me, i dont see why i cant push for 3 to 4 jobs at once and bring in other webdeveloper friends in on it,were all the better for it.I also have larger companies outsource jobs to me and i dey chop money.

yes you can but really you need a tv that supports such, there is a certain connector you will use.
We use it frequently at work for presentations but we use a laptop with an Lg 32inch lcd tv.

If u need something that fast, what you need is a quick knowledge of dreamweaver plus some extensions, youll accomplish what you need in less than a week. I can help you out.

Adeniyi, like u said its very easy to accomplish with dreamweaver, all u need to do is to

1) set up your database including fields for both the thumb and large images
2) make sure u dont set the field type as blob as u will only be saving the path to your images
3) set up your database connection in dreamweaver
4) next read through the master Detail set tutorial in the dreaweaver help file.

Astron, the first time I went to your site, the photo of you in the traditional wear in particular threw me off. First off, based on the URL, I was expecting a personal site, in which case that photo in particular makes sense. It was only when I looked at the menu that I saw you were also advertising your web services.

I dont know about others but i rather liked the idea basically for two reasons a. it enhances trust, in that clients especially intending ones can actually see who they are dealing with first hand b) the guys looks good

But i wouldnt subcribe to it being all over the pages. just my opinion.
