I remember when i had a problem wt forms and my2cents helped me out by pasting the whole answer on nland.
though i had to figure out some stuffs as his answer was towards submitting to a DB.

In short, i want to also help y'all out there so get ur pen and paper, i'll just forget u're my competitor

First things first, design the form on a page ending wt .php e.g.

</form>

action="" means the page submits to itself, while method is how it submits.

Next add fields
<form action = "" method = "post">
Name: <input type = "text" name="username">
<input type = "submit" name="submit">
</form>

The name="username" part is important as its what php will use.

Now that u have the form, all you need is the php code to process it.

At the top of the page, above everything else, enter(I hope my competitor doesn't see this oh. im fighting wt my inner bizman):

It’s quite frustrating when you want to speak to a customer care representative but the line keeps disconnecting. What if you could keep trying to access the customer care representative without having your line cut off? Aha! Voila!
I just learned this trick today.
First, dial 180 then press 6 to access the sixth menu.
Next, press 0. It’ll attempt to access a customer care representative, and if there are none available, it’ll try to end the call as usual but will instead revert to the sixth menu.
Keep pressing 0 till you connect!
That’s all there is to it! Voila!

php is a beautiful thing and can do almost anything

So, what you need to do is this(nt keeping it secret just like it was in d good ol' days of nland :

Have d user login to a central page eg home.php and store all user info in a database

On d central page, display info based on the username of the user eg $userinfo = "select userinfo from users where user=webguru";

of course, diff variables for diff infos
