klexycole:Don't mind the guy. The officials are from Benin Republic. It shouldn't be a surprise that they have Yoruba name's because Yorubas make up a significant fraction of Benin Republic's population. |
Panshow:I'm sure you're referring to the likes of Tecno and Infinix. But high-end phones will always command high prices. Phones by Apple, HTC, and Samsung ain't getting any cheaper! |
Vaxt:You mean the same Igodo portrayed in that popular old film? if yes, I no buy o. |
olayinkajnr:It's either you don't know the meaning of angry or you're poor at deducing tone from writing. You explained you view and I stated mine, so where's the anger? Or were you referring to yourself? |
olayinkajnr:AFAIK, a curious person asks questions rather than assert wrong facts with certitude. Again, I know reputable organizations that ask for potential employees' bank account names and numbers for security verification. And mind you, that you work in a bank doesn't mean you will know the details of their recruitment process, especially if you're not in the HR department. And things might have changed since the time you were employed. So, you can't be too sure unless you're a recruiter. |
olayinkajnr:Stop spreading ignorance! Some employers ask for account number for security verification purposes. Since when did it become a security risk to reveal your account number? Don't you send your account number to people when they need to send you money? So far you're not asked for your ATM card number or PIN, there's no way anyone can move money from your account without your authorization. |
I've been using Access Bank for the past 10 months, and it's been a fine experience with them. They convert at nice rates and they credit your account within 1-2 days. They would even call you to notify you of the deposit and confirm that they should credit your naira account. |
akpobi:Yes, it's okay to use banners. But try to place links at relevant places within your articles. In fact, it's highly recommended that you frequently write articles that are related to the products you promote. |
. |
Well, I promote multiple products, since my site is a general topic blog. Although I don't monitor my earnings regularly or show interest in who buys what, I get notified by email each time someone makes a purchase through my link (only Konga sends this notification, though). You can also confirm by logging in to your affiliate account, where you'll see your pending and approved commissions. As for my site, I won't like to reveal it here. But the truth is, even if I reveal it, you might not see the Affiliate links because I slipped them into the body of some articles (and I have over 600 articles published presently). I don't use affiliate banners because they usually don't attract clicks. |
Yes, I've been paid by both. Last month, Konga paid me 16,000 naira, while Jumia paid me 5,800 naira. Both programs have a lengthy review process, so it might take up to 60 days for your commissions to get approved. But once your approved commissions reach the minimum balance required, they'll pay directly to your bank account. Although in terms of commissions, both programmes lag far behind foreign schemes like Amazon Affiliate program, Market health, etc. But it's good to have them by the side. |
samogo1:Did you conduct keyword research before choosing products to review? Did you optimize your review articles for search results? Are you in a niche where people think they MUST buy? Are your product reviews detailed, compelling, revealing, and objective enough to help the reader make well informed buying decisions? Do your words pass you off as an expert in your niche or as a mere shill? If you can't answer YES to these questions, you might have been chasing shadows. |
Huw:Hey, I'm interested. Can you accept 7k? If yes, then I'm game. I stay within LUTH premises at Idi Araba. If you're willing to sell for that price, call me on 08062357604 and let's discuss. You can also reach me via Whatsapp. |
OP, you mean MKO summoned his children into the cell where he was locked? Try harder next time! |
I can help you set up a self-hosted Wordpress blog for just N15,000. Call me on 08062357604. You can also reach me on Whatsapp through the same number. |
Good riddance to bad nonsense. Nice one by the LMC. |

The fine is too huge, and the NCC isn't making sense at all by not considering the likely consequences. If this measure cripples MTN Nigeria's operations, thousands of their employees (Nigerians, of course) would be laid off. And that would be a creation of unemployment rather than employment. And it's only a hope that some people somewhere are not trying to use the fine to enrich themselves and their generations to come. If there’s anything I can be sure of as far as this issue is concerned, it's that the money would be embezzled by some fools who don't care about the likely fate of several Nigerians working with MTN. |
bigass123:Seems you're still living in the past. Latest versions of Android consume much less power than the earlier ones. And that's why Samsung Galaxy S6's battery isn't even up to 3000mAh. Yet, it will trump most phones with more powerful batteries in terms of performance and battery life. Check out iPhones too, and tell me which one has a battery of up to 4000mAh. So, if you're expecting new phones to come with 4000mah batteries, you might be disappointed! Does that mean you would stick to the likes of Tecno L6? |
wheesin:So, Z30 now sells for N50k in your own shop? Tell me something! And which one is Z5 again? |
This might just give BlackBerry the big boost they need to get back into the market. No doubt, the device is a beast. I'm sure this one ain't selling for anything less than N100k. Aha, this is exactly what some people expect Tecno to make and sell for N25k. Nigerians are clowns! |

Sorry, they won't pay you. |
The same St. Nicholas, where they charge big money to treat? that's serious. |
Getting a self-hosted Wordpress blog is the best option and way out of Blogger's hide-and-seek games. |
doyinbedinod:Yes. Just get your bank's SWIFT Code, and you're good to go. |
YES, it's possible. In fact, I'm not just a seasoned blogger with multiple successful blogs, but I'm also a freelance writer and Internet marketer. I'm presently a 500-level student of College of Medicine, UNILAG. Note, however, that our multitasking abilities are not the same. Not everyone can cope with being a medical student and blogger at the same time. |
After taking a selfie with the VP, each of the ladies will start adding "TSWVP" after their names (on CVs and other formal documents). So, you'll see something like: Grace Egbujor, TSWVP (2015) PS. TSWVP means "Took selfie with Vice President". And to some people, it means more than a Masters degree. |
falseman:Your last statement shows you understood the point I was trying to make. |
Now, this is what I call sensible pricing. If this product were made by Apple, it won't cost less than $2,000. Waiting for Apple worshippers to tell me some bull.shit. |
