With 450 to 600 daily page views coming from tier-1 countries, you should be doing at least $120 monthly. That's even a conservative figure.

No they are not. But they work the longest hours than other employees of the FG. They use and work with far more equipment than other FG employees. Yet, they are the most overworked FG employees because they are few compared to the population they are meant to treat.

You're right! Most likely bullous impetigo. However, OP mentioned that they have tried treating with antibiotics and it's not been responsive. As much as impetigo has a low systemic absorption, (hence topical abx preferred), Bullous is quite a stubborn one and it may be worth trying an oral abx with a better systemic absorption such as cefalexin.

Yeah, when it's still not beyond the "topical" level, mupirocin should do, and that's about the only topical antibiotic that works. Well, he didn't mention the "antibiotics". Could be irrelevant ones that have no business with this kind of infection.

This is bullous impetigo. Buy Mupirocin cream from the pharmacy and apply on the area. It will heal up within days. Otherwise, you will keep wasting money until it gets worse. It doesn't respond to other topical antibiotics.

Also, act fast, so it doesn't disseminate through the blood. That would be worse!

I use a Namecheap shared hosting package. Even their smallest plan is enough for a site with decent traffic.

I'm testing out Value Impression for now. Their figures don't look promising though. So, I'll be testing out another platform.

UPDATE: MAY 2023 EARNINGS AND TRAFFIC -- UPWARD I GO

At the end of last month (May 2013), the site earned $91.21. Remember, it earned $73 in April. So, that's still an increase. Actually, the site should have crossed the $100 in May, but I did some modifications to the ads while testing out some new ad networks I stumbled upon. This affected the Adsense ads for about 5 days.

As for the traffic, it also went up to 7.3k in May (from 4.9k in April).

So, it's still making sense.

NOTE: For the month of June, the earnings might not be impressive because I'm still experimenting with some other ad networks, so I'll be pulling down the Adsense ads for many days. I'm trying to see if I can earn more from the ads than Adsense is offering.

I'll keep you posted.

If your site is slowing down, I doubt if that's due to any issue from Namecheap's end. While Namecheap isn't the best hosting service out there, you shouldn't have issues with them with your present traffic figures or even after it goes up to as high as 50k monthly.

But if you're bent on leaving Namecheap, other reliable, yet affordable hosts you can consider are hawkhost and a2hosting.

UPDATE: MORE PAGES INDEXED

After manually submitting more articles to Google's index a few days ago, I decided this morning to check if that had yielded any results. And alas! The number of indexed pages has gone up from 20 to 40! And that's despite that I'm left with over 10 articles not yet submitted.

I can only sit back and watch how this will impact the site's traffic in the coming few weeks.
