With respect to the Biafra war, I will never criticize any foreign power. Unlike Uju, I'm knowledgeable enough to put the bulk of the blame on Gowon and Ojukwu, the 2 idiots that used their egos to put millions of people in war. Even if UK, US or France supplied the weapons, it was Nigerians and Biafrans that used the weapons to kill people.

Mehnnn, that album was classic. I think the name of the album is "Born to do it", spanning many smash hits, not just one hit ooo but almost all the tracks in that album were hits. But still didn't get nominated for grammy talk less of winning it.
The way grammy do their thing is not everybody's way. There are many songs or artistes that you don't know about, but they will win grammy.
I never know Billie Elish until she win grammy, and she won the 4 main award, second person to ever did so.

Bretton Woods institutions like IMF, World Bank have been killing African countries with loans with onerous terms but they didn't consider it as 'adding to African nations' debt' but AfDB that is giving loans to African countries at lower interest rates is being accused!

If Africans wouldn't chart their course, Africa would continue to be milked by these people.

It is their ways. Find a way to subject Africa to servitude by providing us with ridiculous loans with outrageous terms. Now that an institution that has Africa's interest is providing loans with much better terms, it is time to take out the head of such institution and but puppets that will listen to their calls

When I read comments on Nairaland about issues like this and see Nigerians castigating their compatriot because Oyinbo man said he has done something wrong is quite discouraging.

I really don't understand what the real situation is, but based on the fact that this man was asked to step aside because of favouritism by America and other European countries shows that this man probably did nothing wrong.

Now let me dissect the whole case. Adesina is accused of favouritism, big deal? Which Oyinbo man doesn't involve in favouritism in support of his people. As a Nigerian living abroad, I, just like many others have witnessed favouritism many times. An average white man will never employ a black man instead of his fellow white man with the same skills set. NEVER!. Did Adesina favor people with Africa interest instead of people with foreigner's interest? If so, then we should hail and support this man instead of bashing him.

You may ask, why is America and European countries so much interested in Africa development bank? Good question. With the present pandemic, America's and Europe's economies have been severely devastated by lockdowns and economic inactivities. Now it is time for them to get money from their piggy bank which is Africa just like the way they did after 2nd world war devastation. Do you ever think America and European countries investment in AfDB is to develop Africa? I laugh in Cantonese. Those investments are for them to have control over AfDB so that they can loot Africa to develop america and europe after economic downturn just like what we are witnessing right now with Covid-19 pandemic.

What do I think will happen? I think they will remove Adesina and put an African puppet that will serve their interests in looting Africa just like they always do.

We Africans are in a very precarious state not only because there are external forces that do not have our interests in mind but also we are very ignorant of our situation.
